Not sure how true it is so time will tell but i'm hearing the £62million release clause for Cunha is only if we get relegated.
We'll see.

Marshall Munetsi is set to sign a 3.5year deal at Wolves, with the option of a further year.
Nasser Djiga is set to sign a 4.5year deal, also with the option of a further year.
1.) 03 Feb 2025 18:51:37
Yep I'm swallowing my words, cunhas signed, and we've got a couple coming in, I honestly couldn't see us doing anything, Fosun remain very quiet tho. Let's hope this gives us the impetus we need.
2.) 03 Feb 2025 19:33:04
Surely actions speak louder than words and fosun seem to have acted despite what a lot of people thought. Let just hope it all gets confirmed.
3.) 03 Feb 2025 19:59:34
UPDATE: Djiga now signing a 5.5year deal with a year option in a change to the deal.
4.) 03 Feb 2025 20:46:40
Yeah Abbey £30m spent on deadline day shows they had irons in the fire.
Danso and Manu Silva would have been cracking deals but weren't meant to be.
Where we would have taken anybody 4 weeks ago.
We seem to have a good squad that played well saturday with some players that don't want to be here moving on (Lemina).
I think the fact they have signed 2 cbs and a midfielder all over 6ft 2in tall shows the profile of player they were looking for as if they can keep more clean sheets or reduce the amount of goals conceded to 1 a game they have more of a chance picking up results.
32 points will be enough to stay up get behind the lads at Blackburn and Liverpool the next week let's get some good results and confidence going.Which has evaporated since Coventry last season.
Id challenge the squad to get to 4 points before the end of the season.
Ambitious but that's what motivates top players.and a cup run a free hit every couple of weeks with pack behind them.
5.) 03 Feb 2025 22:30:55
Never heard of the new signings. Are we scraping the bottom of the barrel, desperate for who was left or silent gems? Only time will tell.
6.) 04 Feb 2025 10:53:10
I hope that's 4 points before the end of month madman, or we've got problems, lol.
7.) 04 Feb 2025 22:44:00
Yeah Abbey meant 42 points by end of the season. ?
Sounds ambitious but it is possible if the squad is focussed.
Boswolf I understand the point on the players being unknown. However I think it's clear we have lacked height for two seasons now. The set pieces were of growing concern so all 3 players signed over 6ft 2 shows the profile we were lacking in the whole squad.
8.) 05 Feb 2025 08:50:05
Accepted Madman. For one I’m looking forward to us being more assertive as a team and taking control.
03 Feb 2025 17:46:42
Marshall Munetsi and Nasser Djiga have both arrived in Paris and began their Wolves medicals.
03 Feb 2025 15:17:21
Wolves and Galatasaray have agreed a deal for Mario Lemina. Fee in the region of €2.5M.
03 Feb 2025 13:09:38
Wolves have agreed deals in principle for Marshall Munetsi and Nasser Djiga.
Both players are subject to medicals taking place this afternoon.
Djiga is on his way to Paris right now to meet Wolves officials.
1.) 03 Feb 2025 13:20:24
Wonder if we will try to get Oleosho on loan from Burnley with them having got Marcus Edwards from Sporting?
Might be worth a try.
2.) 03 Feb 2025 13:30:05
I'm heading to Paris on the tube tomorrow. If I see him heading in the wrong direction I will make sure he gets turned around and heads back to wolverhampton.

Cunha has made Judah and Keen eat some humble pie today.
1.) 14 Apr 2025 07:03:32
The negative frenzy around Cunha is very distasteful. On the pitch he clearly cares about Wolves. Yes he will probably go, but whether we like it or not, he should be playing at a higher level.
07 Apr 2025 14:28:22
Yes we got results without Cunha but that was against 4 poor teams, we need to step up more now to continue getting points and like it or not Cunha is the kind of player to make thinks happen, replace Munetsi with him, then bring Munetsi on as a sub to tighten things ups as by trade he is a CDM.
Just my two cents worth as everyone has had very valid points about Cunha.
1.) 07 Apr 2025 19:16:57
The fixture gods were with us in Cunha's absence. Always play your strongest side, and that by definition will obviously include Cunha.
2.) 07 Apr 2025 21:00:12
Never change a winning side
3.) 08 Apr 2025 09:12:36
Cunha should be on the bench to start and bring him on later in the game and let's see what he does.
4.) 08 Apr 2025 09:27:20
Cunha lost his place by his own actions. The team has won 3 on the spin in the league. He should have to wait to regain his place either due to a loss of fitness, form or suspension of a player in his position. No player should have the right to walk back in to a winning side, it should be earned.
5.) 08 Apr 2025 11:23:56
Without Cunha we play more to Larsens strengths and cross it more. Munetsi works his socks off and gives something else for defenders to think about to help free up Larsen. With Cunha, we rarely cross the ball and Larsen is isolated more often than not. We played more as a team these past 4 games. J Gomes has had more confidence and beliefs to start running the ball more. Spurs have been poor this season for sure. He should bench Cunha. If he has a strop then that’s on him and he should realise it’s a team game and not the Cunha show.
6.) 08 Apr 2025 21:28:44
To me Cunha and J Gomes are easily our two best players, so those two play regardless. Who to leave out is the job of the coach. I'm only a fan but I would have Cunha's name on the team sheet first.
06 Apr 2025 03:02:40
It's kinda ironic that Ipswichs contaversal winner against us at Molinuex ended up being the goal that relegated them as if we hadn't have lost that match we'd still have O'neil probably.
1.) 06 Apr 2025 09:46:01
True rated
2.) 06 Apr 2025 11:40:31
Nah, stretching things. O'Neil surely wouldn't have lasted longer either way but things may well have been a lot more stressful towards season end.
01 Apr 2025 21:43:18
What was the Potter Wolves were not good enough for you to come to us?
Looks like we dodged a bullet and got someone who is going to bring the good times back.
01 Apr 2025 15:02:35
Joao Gomes has signed a new 5-year deal at Wolves, extending his stay at Molineux until 2030. There is also the option to extend it by a further year. No release clause.
1.) 01 Apr 2025 15:16:45
Brilliant
2.) 01 Apr 2025 15:19:17
That's great news rated, let's hope its stuck to.
3.) 01 Apr 2025 15:59:12
Rated read it before fantastic now if someone ones him it's going to cost mega bucks absolutely brilliant by Gomes to sign.
4.) 01 Apr 2025 16:50:53
Absolutely brilliant news
What a player and a very humble and genuinely nice person
In gomes and Andre we have arguably the best central midfield partnership in the premier league
With the right summer transfer window I feel we can really kick on next season with vitor Pereira
COYW
5.) 01 Apr 2025 17:36:23
Is it possible that after this seasons Premier survival scares (not fully over) that Fosun have seen the error of their way's? The likes of Gomes and Mosquera re-signing, Cunha 'clarifying' comments made in a recent interview and so on.
It's reported that Jorge Mendes's sidekick has been seen at Compton so could that speculation have some basis in fact and Wolves intend to re-engage more with Gestifute again. Or do the simply have an eye on one of his players.
Will next season be better than this, irrespective of Cunha's presence? Yes, players will leave, but are we seeing Wolves more focus on hanging on to the core of their squad, dumping the deadwood and those out of contract whilst possibly bringing in more quality?
Or, am I reading too much into this?
6.) 01 Apr 2025 21:45:16
Can anyone tell me what Sarabia does?
7.) 01 Apr 2025 21:47:21
I understand that Munetsi is not a forward so why do we play him there? Great 1st half but 2nd?
11 Apr 2025 21:19:17
Agree mate plus can use his pace later in the game to get at tired defenders.
11 Apr 2025 17:10:21
Vítor Pereira has said in today’s press conference that Cunha will not come straight back into the team for tomorrow’s game ??
He will play the same team and Cunha is still committed and he understands why this decision has been made
01 Apr 2025 23:50:36
Keen has said the rumours are false.
14 Feb 2025 15:53:35
Guedes is likely to stay he is in Vitors plans and has settled now.
08 Feb 2025 03:27:03
Yes mate Judah tweeted Dawson has played his last game for Wolves.
13 Apr 2025 13:45:14
He also replied to Talking Wolves which most didn't post in their witch hunt that "Let's do the following in common we have the Wolves that I love so much."
13 Apr 2025 03:54:44
Nah Judah and Keen stirring the pot again, Cunha in the past has pulled Keen up for his stirring, it's high time E+S got rid of those two clowns tbh.
06 Apr 2025 20:18:23
No, I love the man but in his last season with us he was out of ideas and had no plan B.
06 Apr 2025 14:20:41
£40million they want for him it's his release clause, apparantly Forest, Villa and Everton want him.
30 Mar 2025 21:59:34
Larsen had a obligation to buy clause.
