An experienced player up for grabs could be a certain Leander Dendoncker.

I also saw us being linked with resigning Coady on Sky, strange times indeed ?
2.) 19 Jun 2025 09:46:44
Both good additions for squad depth Said Donk would have been good in January.
3.) 19 Jun 2025 11:32:48
We certainly need depth and experience, in addition to young first team starters.
4.) 20 Jun 2025 17:06:52
Can’t believe we are even considering either of these two options. Both struggled toward the end of their time first time around. Both have declined significantly since them
There is no place for sentiment in this league. It is improving year on year and becoming ever more competitive. Increasingly difficult for promoted teams.
Surely lessons will be learned from last year when we found ourselves in a relegation dog fight with them. Whose to say one or two might buck the trend and move comfortably into mid-table safety. We need upgrades in all areas of the team and neither of these will provide that.

Will any fans renewing knowing they’re going to be watching a below average Championship team spare a few moments and share any reason for essentially backing Fosun in their destruction of our Football Club, they won’t be giving us anything and they don’t need our money, what’s in it for us ?
1.) 25 Apr 2026 19:39:37
Thought as much, anyone renewing can't explain why !!
15 Apr 2026 05:45:18
Goodwhile - We only have one Championship player, two if you count Doyle, none of our multi Nationals signed to play in the Championship and all were signed with the intention of selling for profit, there's absolutely no basis to think we'll be in any position to mount a promotion challenge, Fosun won't halt the slide that's been five seasons in the making, they don't know how, if they don't leave soon the Club will be looking to the lower Leagues not the Premiership.
1.) 15 Apr 2026 06:58:26
Spot on, Ron.
10 Apr 2026 23:08:30
Started the season with no Premiership ready players, we now have no Championship ready players, someone needs to get a grip and it won't be Fosun or anyone they employ.
1.) 11 Apr 2026 02:54:35
Let's see how much loyalty the likes of Sa, Joao and Andre have at the end of the season. Will they stay and right the wrongs of this season, or will they move on for a nice big paycheck and never think of Wolves again.
2.) 11 Apr 2026 03:17:54
Tbh Goodwhileitlasted, mate, I'll be glad to see the back of them including J. Gomes. Tired of the lot of them.

Bought & sold their way into the footballing wilderness, is anybody remotely interested how much profit or loss they’ve made out of our football club? We haven’t seen any proper Premiership football played by our team in the last six seasons and relied on there being three worse teams, Fosun’s luck run out, it was always going too, their time has to be up, any promotion challenge is highly unlikely, they’ve proved beyond doubt it’s not their game.
Just a thought: if two actors can buy a club in Wales and take it from strength to strength why can’t a Billionaire conglomerate?
1.) 02 Apr 2026 14:44:46
Unless Fosun reclaim their loans to the club, they will make a loss. The issue they also have is the club, in the Championship, will be worth about what they should have paid for it, the £30m investment.
It doesn't matter if a new owner is a billionaire or not. What matters is their interest in growing the club, and how much they want to stump up to make it happen.
This also depends on their ability to actually run the club.
Fosun are a rich group. They have failed in key areas. You need both the money and the competence to be able to make things better. New owners at any point, competence is not guaranteed.
2.) 02 Apr 2026 14:45:47
3 wins all season, sold our best players, and still lost £15 million, while the best fans in the Premiership keep attending the games and supporting the team through this debacle. Everyone at the club should hang their head in shame. Utterly pathetic!
3.) 02 Apr 2026 18:09:52
To answer your question, Ron, how? Simple, it's called ambition.
4.) 03 Apr 2026 13:06:45
Best fans in the Premier League, Major Frank
Really? I think there are seven clubs ahead of us, including Newcastle and Leeds, but it's a good debate.
19 Feb 2026 07:07:06
Us fans eh, Rob’s great after all, we’re as good if not better than Arsenal, Fosun aren’t going to clear the decks in the summer and we’ll be storming the Championship next season, here’s hoping comments are so positive following two visits by Liverpool, if not we can get back to the matter in hand, the reason the Clubs’ in such a mess and how changing one Shi for another isn’t fooling us, not for long anyway, a football club needs owners who know the game not business people playing with figures.
1.) 19 Feb 2026 08:11:56
After the season we've had to scrape back a draw with a once a season wonder goal from Hugo and a superbly hit equaliser following a poor mistake and via a couple of ricochets it feels like a victory and gives us the chance to sing. Sadly your right underneath it all we're easily the worst team in the prem, and would more than likely struggle in the championship if we retained the entire squad.
Fosun are still our owners, Shi II, is twiddling his thumbs somewhere waiting on cash out till.
Original Shi is still laughing into his bank account.
RE is still RE and still has his one league win to fall back on.
We are a mess, we are a poor team playing strangely thought out tactics, unable to pass a ball at times, but please, please let's enjoy a little bit of indulgence in drawing with the leaders via added time that they went some way to providing in the blatant time wasting.
Great for Hugo, really chuffed for Tom, and both from our own U21s.

Not much point commenting further really, decent result no doubt and credit must go to the players for the comeback. However, Ron and Abbey you have summed up my thoughts exactly.
03 Mar 2026 10:51:50
The fantasy world where Fosun's money is 'ours' and Wolves is 'our' club.
03 Mar 2026 10:48:25
Some people actually think we're making money from being a selling club, and we'll benefit from the proceeds. Fosun really have got some people fooled; keep giving 'em your money, and they'll keep taking it.
02 Mar 2026 10:08:05
This squad will, like every season for the last six, be unrecognisable at the start of next season. Players already here don't want to be, players out on loan rarely want to come back, and Fosun's policy of buying to sell is in tatters.
The possibility of mounting a challenge for promotion just doesn't exist, and Fosun will be lucky if there are three worse teams; there won't be three worse owners.
19 Feb 2026 06:29:11
Mane will be the start of the selling, Fosun sold and gave away all of Nuno’s squad in the space of a couple of windows, if they had ambitions to be in the PL we wouldn’t be getting relegated, they’re not about to change what they do, anyone they get offers for will leave, why wouldn’t they? Are Fosun going to be paying the best salaries in the Championship? Doubtful, are they going to back their Manager? Again doubtful.
We’re won’t be getting promoted ‘cus we’re Wolves, those days have gone, half the Championship, plus the two clubs relegated alongside us will be in much better shape, whatever Fosun promise to sell season tickets must be taken with a pinch of salt, look what they’ve done to the club over the last six seasons, the only thing they’re good at is letting everyone down.
19 Jan 2026 04:31:05
Biggest sales will be towards the end of the window when it’s to late to spend on replacements, nothing’s changed.

Greyleg: Fosun are on track to recreate the Sherpa Van Trophy victory almost 40 years on, coincidentally just won by Luton, we've even got the manager they had when they waved goodbye to the Prem.
15 Apr 2026 17:08:45
We have owners who aren't interested in football, and are holding on to control of our club for reasons known only to themselves. If they wanted a PL club they'd still have one.
09 Mar 2026 16:51:46
Look at the quality of what they're working with. Managers and coaches have an impossible task. What they'll have after the close season and another window doesn't bear thinking about.
09 Mar 2026 16:45:42
Rob's a pawn in Fosun's game. He came for all the right reasons and really should've known the club have the wrong owners. There's no future for managers or players, as the club continues its decline. Our best hope is they call it a day before we drop as far as League 2 (again).
