Rumour I heard a few minutes (most likely BS) is that VP has demanded showdown talks with Shi regarding the failure to sign the required players.
It seems Teti is going to be leaving very soon as his tenure has been a disaster and VP could be following him out of the door very soon.

Wouldn't be surprised but also can't see VP walking. He's been waiting for a chance in the Premier league for so long, and would he ever get this chance again?
01 Sep 2025 18:28:05
i would walk if I was him, everyone knows he loves the club . he doesn’t deserve to be miss managed by these negligent skinflints
01 Sep 2025 18:31:27
We'll soon see how happy VP is wrt this window. Will he sign a new contract?
01 Sep 2025 18:52:08
Does he 'love' the club though? He's been here 5 minutes in the grand scheme of things. Reality is he came in and did a great job when we were at rock bottom. He rode the wave and took trips to the pub and we loved him for it. Since then he's lost some of his best and most influential players and has seen them replaced with bog-standard footballers (in comparison). The positive feeling he had managed to muster has eroded in the space of a summer. I wouldn't be suprised if he walked whilst his reputation in intact. The club have let another manager down who probably could have done well for us if backed. If I was a neutral manager with no ties to Wolves I would absolutely look elsewhere for work, even if it meant moving down the pyramid into The Championship.
01 Sep 2025 19:08:02
Wandering mate it wouldn't surprise me if VP walked and who could blame him?
01 Sep 2025 19:52:46
I would not be surprised, and nor would I blame VP for walking. Fosun have let their reputation slide with their lack of support for managers and promises unfulfilled. With a stated lack of ambition it is difficult to convince players to come. I can't imagine any decent manager coming if VP goes.
01 Sep 2025 19:53:09
I can believe that he's unhappy but also surely he HAS to also be accountable?! Teti was VPs hire after working with him previously! Seems bizarre for VP to complain that the man he's hand picked (at great expense) has not done the job that VP chose him for?! I think the most frustrating part of all this is that it has played out exactly in the way many on here have been predicting from the day we finished last season! 😭
01 Sep 2025 20:19:06
What's with all the VP will walk rubbish, he signed 5 players over the window, he moved on a few that he clearly didn't want, he may have wanted to move 1 or 2 more on, but unfortunately nobody came in for them, If Fosun had shafted him Larsen would now be playing elsewhere.
I can understand a little bit of the frustration, but some of the stuff posted online is unreal because we didn't sign more players, we have a decent squad to compete as a mid table team, and that will come, time for patience, why all of a sudden have we become a club who want instant gratification with new players all the time.
VP has picked up 8 payers since the January window, all costing a few million, he has been backed fair bit, so to say he hasn't is pure tripe, time for VP to earn his money, first by dropping one or 2 of his favourites who clearly have offered nothing yet this season. If he does walk he is clearly just as pathetic as Lop was.
For me its time to let things settled own and the new players find their feet, and let VP get on with being a manager
01 Sep 2025 20:29:15
Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Teti, VP’s man. Difficult not to agree that we have missed some opportunities this window, especially within the last fortnight, when ‘done deals’ unravelled in front of our eyes. The annoying part is that we failed on numerous occasions to convince the player to join, when agreements had been sorted between clubs. What role did VP play in selling a project to the players.
When you hear from other clubs signings, they invariably say they were convinced by the coach/manager. Interactions I have seen of our recent signings on club videos, barely feature VP. A phone call from a manager shows a player he is wanted. Only those on the inside know whether or not VP adopts that hands on approach.
When you look at some of the missed opportunities from deadline day, that were within our price range, that comparable size clubs have got over the line, you cannot do other than label the window a MASSIVE MISSED OPPORTUNITY.
Harry Wilson, Christantus Uche, Matt O’Reilly, Manor Solomon, Tarim Lamptey, Youssef Chermiti El Khannous Brian Brobbey Tyrique George,
01 Sep 2025 20:33:46
Where ever, according to Johnny Phillips, the penny dropped for Fosun goodness knows where it landed ant what in because the Summer has been an absolute shambles. Hobbs knew what he was doing when looked at what was happening and left and kept walking. I have no doubt that VP in have Teti brought in to supposedly handle recruitment is all well and good but it doesn't get the cheque book away from Jeff and that in a nutshell is the problem as we've seen before. He knows best but sadly he knows bugger all about football and has consistently made a complete mess of things. After over 60 years supporting our great club I just despair at what that buffoon has done to it.
01 Sep 2025 20:54:36
Can someone answer me this, for all the players mentioned on who we have missed out on, how many of them would have come to Wolves?
Did Wolves look at them? VP stressed he only want players who want to come! so isn't it fair to say that we agreed condition with one or 2, only for them to go elsewhere, so do they sound like players that wanted to come? the answer is no, they went to the highest bidder . watch the new lads video, he wanted to be here as soon as heard we were interested, and low and behold the transfer happened fairly quickly. obviously lots of stuff goes on behind the scenes, but there is no point panic buying like we have done in the past, as history has proved majority of our panic buys either didn't want to come or failed, which wasted lots of money, Fabio being the biggest one
01 Sep 2025 21:19:21
Has he been backed though Sydney?! Would you naturally expect a club that finished 16th in the league to finish the window £13m+ up? And that doesn't even account for the fact Sarabia and (club captain) Semedo both went for free!
The one thing I just can't get my head round was letting Doyle and Traore both go without a replacement in place, just seems foolish to me!
01 Sep 2025 21:59:21
If Andre or Gomes pick up an injury or suspension, the only options we have are Munetsi or Krejci.
We have options in defence with Mosquera, Agbadou, Krejci, Doc, S Bueno and (Toti)
Wing backs in Hoever, Tchatchouma, Rodrigo, Wolfe and Bueno.
Attacking players in Arias, Lopez and Bellegarde.
Up front: JSL and Tolu
We wait and see if this squad can produce the goods.
01 Sep 2025 22:28:12
Sydney surely by definition the answer is none?
But as I always ask "why"?
Why do you think they wouldn't come to the club?
01 Sep 2025 22:34:35
Sydneywolf nice to hear some common sense and positivity on here. It's an echo chamber of doom and gloom
01 Sep 2025 22:53:22
I'm disappointed the TFIOG.
Not so much with the "why" but the more we have wasted 4 months not signing players?
I do think its poor offering small wages and small transfer values to attract certain players;
Pubill
Veiga
Disasi
Hackney
Yuri Alberto
What could have been?
Jeff any answers appreciated.Actually don't both we are all customers.
02 Sep 2025 07:16:31
Sydneywolf - appreciate your optimism, but there is no way that this squad is capable of finishing mid table. The quality is not there and the situation is not being helped by out of form players. Who do you see creating our chances? We haven't got a single player who looks to break the lines in the final third.
02 Sep 2025 08:40:18
Future I agree, what is the reason that players don't come? but I would say the ones that did are here, the rest of the nearly
group obviously either wanted more money or Wolves didn't think their price represented a good deal, that would be my thoughts on it.
Bully I think he was backed, yes may letting a couple of midfielders go was not the right move until they had cover, I think Lopez, Cruij are possibly back up to the midfield, is it good enough only time will tell, VP has been backed in my opinion, we just never got one or 2 players over the line, for a multitude of different reasons.
The angst and doom by the fans needs to be put to bed, and fans need to get behind the team an move forward. Its easy to point fingers, but unless we sit at the top table we will never know why or who we actually wanted, we just see and hear the gossip to rise the fear amongst the fans. Lat year we were all but gone come December, look how our season turned around, and the purple patch we had no Cuhna, one or 2 results will breath some confidence into the team, and we will make some headway, the new player bought in will settle and show their worth, we have bought in many players that nobody knew or had the experience everyone seems to bang on about, but they did just fine

Overrated anyway.
Should pay the money for Hackney.
It does seem too quiet though wouldn't be surprised if 2 deals were done behind closed doors with nothing getting to media.
01 Sep 2025 17:04:00
Surprise he has a brain.
01 Sep 2025 17:05:27
I think he prefers the money. I heard he's been offered £125k per week in Saudi League. That's insane.
01 Sep 2025 17:13:58
Has the Ken Taylor idea died?
01 Sep 2025 17:49:11
Just picked up that brown hill is looking for 10m just to sign, send him to Saudi and wish him a merry Christmas
.
01 Sep 2025 18:34:16
Surely the scary thing is not that he is not coming, ( v few want to do that it seems), but so many people are seemingly genuinely invested in him?
A journeyman pro - v good in the champ but disappeared without trace in the prem?
He would also have been a back up at best but throwing £100k a week at him seemed sane?
If you are going to spend "big money" get top quality!
3rd time I have said it but Grealish will keep Everton up - worth tens if not hundreds of millions. For 250k a week he would have been a bargain relative to Brownhill!
ps obviously aware that Wolves wont/cant compete with Everton, or Palace where Uche is happy to go or Villa where Guessand is happy to sit on the bench etc etc etc!
01 Sep 2025 18:48:32
Just another pathetic transfer window and deadline day.typical fosun.just have to hope wer not cit adrift of safety at xmas.again.did we really expect anything else🤔. when u look at who teams around us are signing it doesn't bode well i'm afraid.it would help if vp actually started with a real first 11 tho.losing confidence in him now.tough ssn ahead🫣🫣🫣
01 Sep 2025 19:03:35
Its the desperation Tfig, after all this time we can't identify and pay for a scouted player. Hackney was inflated, but by not investing it may (will) cost us a lot more.
We're crumbling so fast now in so many ways, if VP can steady us now and get us on route he'll prove to be a miracle worker.
01 Sep 2025 20:35:17
It would seem that we also can't compete with Sunderland TFG, who have spent around £100m+ (not sure on exact but that's the ball park). We on the other hand have finished the window £13m up, so the usual excuse of FFP/PSR would also seem to be wearing thin! 🙄

01 Sep 2025 15:56:05
Wolves' incomings done. Brownhill turned us down 😂😂😂😂 how embarrassing.
01 Sep 2025 16:17:49
Told player requested a £10m singing on fee which was why Wolves walked away player has also reject a move to Leicester who were willing to give him a high sign on fee lower then £10m and a high wage . Could be revisited after window close if player fails to find a move
01 Sep 2025 16:18:17
Pay the fee for Hayden Hackney.
Still need a cb and fw
01 Sep 2025 16:23:33
Frankly we are an embarrassment. We own a share of the biggest player agency in the world and we can't get decent players in during quite a long transfer window. What a joke our club has become! Jeff Shi and Fosun get out before it's too late.
01 Sep 2025 16:32:03
Wolves are reportedly interested in a January loan move for Japhet Tanganga.
He wants to move to Wolves.
01 Sep 2025 16:35:17
As expected we'll be signing no one.
01 Sep 2025 16:53:23
player wanted a 10 million signing on fee? he’s lucky to get £100 grand a week, let alone that . greedy little runt . he can do one as far as i'm concerned . I agree with the other comment that paying an extra £5 million for hackney would be ok, but you wouldn’t get a bag of orange chips from skinflints r us
01 Sep 2025 17:07:53
Wolvesrstyngup, have they changed the rules today then? Why would Wolves want to loan him in January considering he can't play for a 3rd team this season?
01 Sep 2025 17:23:29
Wolves think he could be available in January and are reportedly planning on ‘figuring something out’ between them, the FA and FIFA. Tanganga would be interested but it depends on how Sheffield United are doing come January. Player wants to return to the premier league. Vitor pereira has spoken before of his interest and is could reignite that. That’s the situation Wanderingstar.
01 Sep 2025 17:47:42
So why didn't Wolves buy him last week when he was available for just over £1m?
01 Sep 2025 18:19:15
They were looking at Krejci then, but now it seems like Japhet could actually happen.
01 Sep 2025 18:21:17
Although there is a fear that Crystal Palace want him and will sign him in January if Guehi is sold
01 Sep 2025 20:12:55
Can't see FIFA, UEFA or the FA bending the rules for Wolves and Japhet Tanganga.
02 Sep 2025 01:12:16
Next summer is apparently more likely. Smart acquisition, for a championship campaign. Right, Wanderingstar?

Wolves have reportedly identified Raheem Sterling as a target. Deal could hinge on JSL to Chelsea. One to keep an eye on.
01 Sep 2025 14:55:59
I mean there are 4 hours left and have no fresh links. I know transfers can happen quickly, but not at Wolves. They'll announce the striker and that will likely be that. Hope I'm wrong!
01 Sep 2025 15:19:47
W***
Trust in Fosun is low and I'm an optimist. 😂🤷
01 Sep 2025 15:27:17
Sterling £350k per week - Cannot see that happening
01 Sep 2025 15:31:35
Talks are advancing for Christian Eriksen. Move is close, he wants it. Christian Eriksen to Wolves
01 Sep 2025 15:33:08
That Sterling rumour better not be true if it is I'm done with the club, don't want him anywhere near our club at the money he gets paid. Would only be good if Chelsea paid all of his salary and came on loan. We needed a left back so why didn't we go for Chilwell who's home grown and prem experienced.
01 Sep 2025 15:49:17
Sterling, no chance.
Eriksen could work in the ten and obviously has great quality on a dead ball, but is he really ready for a relegation scrap at 35? Wolves penny pinching again.
01 Sep 2025 17:11:56
Wolvesrstyngup: Thanks for the comedy.

Don't care about him. We've got Tolu.
01 Sep 2025 09:13:32
Apparently the senior team, ie CEO etc were far more impressive in their contact with the player. No surprises there!
01 Sep 2025 09:16:40
Yes. Don't care.
01 Sep 2025 10:20:25
Love the attitude but as we all know he is one of the many players who may have made a difference this season but chose to go elsewhere.
I know it is boring but as I ask over and over again - but never get a reply - why? Why don't players want to join and why do players want to leave?
The answers are of course obvious and will not change until the club does.
Sadly that won't happen this window and consequently Wolves are probably going to rely to some extent on Munetsi, Hwang, Bellegarde, etc etc etc
Having seen the games/results across the Premier League so far this year it is pretty hard to see which teams are obviously at Wolves level.
I wrote about Wolves road to survival but Everton, one of the key games in that route, were clearly a class above and the loss at home was far from undeserved!
01 Sep 2025 10:39:39
If the window ends and we don't bring in anyone other than the new striker we are going to be in a right mess.
01 Sep 2025 10:55:41
we made Everton look good. Giving the ball away far to easily and not doing simple things like tracking runs and being able to pass to another Wolves player. Certain players should have been dropped due to recent performances
01 Sep 2025 11:11:25
I expect we'll bring in Raskin late in the window then possibly Brownhill later on as he's a free agent and can sign anytime.
01 Sep 2025 11:21:34
Exactly Alex we played well against City and Everton.
But we switched off too often in both games.
Giving the ball away is disasterous at this level.
One point I would make is the players do seem to be fitter this season looking at the way they press.
But I think its this press that is leaving us open on the transition as well.
It may take time to come up with solutions but the overall squad isn't awful they have replaced the RWB, LWB and FW.
But if we give away the ball like we have been we will go down.
Another CB would be ideal today just to shore us up and help us to start keeping clean sheets.
01 Sep 2025 12:03:34
the thing with a press is you have to get it right otherwise you are left short. I have noticed a few times some players press and others don't or the timing is slightly off. When this happens the other team will just go right through you. I think we really to focus on defence as it is awful. Aa lot of it is organisation and being aware of players making runs. Especially the target men.
01 Sep 2025 12:17:39
Madman I often agree but not this time.
The squad is truly awful!
How many of the Wolves squad would make the Villa team, the Newcastle team, the Palace team etc etc etc- 2, 3 maybe 4 at the very most?
If you think Wolfe, Jackson and Arias are even in the same postal district as the guys they are replacing you have a lot more hope than I have.
They may after a few months grow into their roles but today they haven't a hope.
It is not their fault, no player arriving in the Prem should be expected to carry a team from day 1, but unlike in the past when players arrived they were cushioned by the good players around them now they have to cover the inadequacies of their colleagues.
Wolves are not trimming fat but cutting bone!
01 Sep 2025 13:22:41
Future, I think at this precise moment you're probably right there are few of our players that other Premier teams would be pursuing. However this is a team in transition and I'm convinced that the players are better than what we're currently witnessing. Last season VP saved us with minor tweaks to a relegation bound team devoid of confidence, and a couple of signings who performed instantly, Agba, Munetsi. We are now seeing VP stamping his tactical brand on the team and it's clearly going to take time for them to get it.
Some of our best players of last season are now our worst (Agba, Andre, J Gomes) and they clearly haven't suddenly lost ability, they've lost direction and focus and are struggling to adapt.
Theres a video on youtube where VP discusses tactical identity and changes he aims to implement, search 'Vitor Pereira breaks down his tactical identity', it shows the extent of the job.
Regarding signings I feel we probably have to accept that certain positions have been strengthened as much as they're going to be in this window.
I don't see a chance of a new CB as we have Agba, Krejci, Mosquera, Bueno, Toti, Doc (6 for 3 positions).
Little chance of a wingback with Jackson, Wolfe, Gomes, Bueno, Hoever available (5 for 2 positions).
Possible need for 1 CM, Gomes, Andre, Munetsi, Bellegarde available (4 for 2 spots but Munetsi/Bellegarde often used in other positions )
No chance of a CF IF JSL stays and Tolu signs (2 for 1 spot).
And finally the elephant in the room.
A desperate need for a signing in the number 10 role, currently Arias, Lopes, Hwang (3 players for 2 position and 1 hasn't yet adapted, 1 isn't quite ready and 1 isn't good enough)!
That's my take anyway!
01 Sep 2025 13:25:49
TFIOG, Uche did want to sign for Wolves. He agreed the salary, bonuses and length. It was his agent who scuppered the deal as he had to take a lower fee.
01 Sep 2025 13:27:03
To be fair, neither AIT or Cunha have set the world alight at their new clubs.
01 Sep 2025 13:35:09
Nuno days players and a few just after Nuno would piss over this team.
Look at the players that we have had and now look. There are only probably 5 players of the current team who I would add to that list of good players. Andre, Gomes, R.Gomes, Larson, Yerson
Neves
Moutinho
Coady
Raul
Jota
Neto
Adama
Boly
Saiss
Rui
Vinagre
Vitinha
Jonny Otto
Podence
Nunes
Rayan
Cunha
Samedo
01 Sep 2025 14:00:28
Alex Bryant that's hardly fair is it, you're comparing todays starting 11 to a list of 18 players spanning a decade 2015-2025! And frankly some of the players you've listed had very limited success when with us.
01 Sep 2025 15:04:08
16 of those players were with us during the Nuno era. I am just stating that we have gotten weaker every season since. We have had a few good players here and there but the owners direction has completely changed.
01 Sep 2025 15:04:31
Molineuxway a good post and v fair assessment!
My ideas for the first 11 and what is needed to make it adequate:
GK: Sa is an adequate lower mid table GK
WBs : The 2 new WBs Jackson and either Wolfe or Bueno both need to find their feet v rapidly and turn about to be good enough - big ask and not a given by any means
CBs : Yerson stays fit and is as good as he was for a few weeks before his injury, Emanuel rediscovers his form from last season, the new guy is worth the fee paid - all somewhat optimistic?
Midfield the strongest part of the team picks itself
Upfront - options: JSL, Arias and another 10 to be signed or Lopez OR JSL, Tolu and Arias.
Beyond that though there is v v little.
At GK there is no back up worth the name.
At WB R Gomes is one of the major hopes either at WB or elsewhere in the side.
At CB Doc and Bueno are surely only a last resort for a few games a season - neither good enough. Toti could play if others can help him- an adequate player but v v v limited.
In mid no back up worth the name - Bellegarde has talent but seems some way off ready.
Up front Not just no back up but looks short for the first 11.
Far too many of the players currently included in the have no right to be in the Prem this season!
Alex you don't need to pick the best players over the last 7 seasons to find a team that would beat the current side
Sadly this side is probably the weakest team Wolves have put out since being promoted. What an indictment given the money that has flowed through the club over the past 7 years and what a failure to now be as weak as a newly promoted club!
01 Sep 2025 17:45:19
I disagree, other than the two defensive mf positions I think we do have decent options elsewhere and even defensive mf has Bellegarde who if played regularly to gain confidence and the new guy Kreijc can cover. Elsewhere I think Moller Wolfe and Tchatchaoua are good but need time to settle, Agbadou needs to get his confidence back as does Toti but competition from Yerson, Kreijc and S Bueno will help with that. Doc needs to play next few games for his experience and to help others settle in. Tolu, Arias and JSL up top with Fer Lopes as an option is actually strong and Hwang, Sasa and the young lad Mane are all options. Wing back we still have Lima as well who I really rate but he maybe going out on loan.
01 Sep 2025 18:55:55
Wolflea.
I think you have largely listed the first 11 - where are your options?
lets look at the players you name
Bellegarde has shown flashes but is a long way from an established prem player so a poor option at best
Krejci is going to be first choice LCB so will struggle to play DM as well but is not an option/back up
The two new WBs are new but are first choices so not back ups/options?
Emanuel (Worryingly I agree he does have serious issues at the moment), is first choice at CB and thus is not a back up/option.
Toti is a back up/option but without help from stronger players is very limited and is a weak at best option
Yerson and Krejci again are both first 11 so not back ups/options
Bueno (due to ability) and Doc (due to age and fitness ) are in my view not Prem league quality players so should not be options.
Tolu, Lopez and Arias are also new and 2 of the 3, (although unclear which 2), are first 11 - so one can be an option but obviously all 3 as I say once again are brand new.
Consequently whilst you may be right and they will be strong at the moment they are all a massive risk and probably would be regarded as a v weak front line in Prem terms by most independent observers.
Hwang (ability), Sasa (fitness ) and Mane (age and experience) are not viable options in the Prem,
although Mane may become one at some stage in the future. JSL is first choice CF so not an option.
So the conclusion I drew from what you wrote was that Wolves have a first 11 with lots of problems and v v few options?
maybe that has changed in the last 15 mins but I doubt it?
31 Aug 2025 21:35:31
Wolves currently chasing 4 more players, talks are on going i'd imagine Brownhill is one of the 4.
Agree0

31 Aug 2025 22:03:28
4 more players? I know you've posted good information before, but what's the quality of the source that's told you this? Even 2 players I'd be very doubtful of given my complete lack of trust in Fosun anymore
31 Aug 2025 22:13:48
Would you be chasing Brownhill if he is a free agent?
The rumours do seem to have dropped since Friday. Seems like JSL is definitely staying (which is good just saying I don't think you can turn down £65m for JSL).
Still think we need a CB, CM, FW (Someone with pace).
This is provided Tolu is all agreed.
Wouldn't be surprised if there was another CM (maybe Brownhill) or FW though as you have said 4 more players.
My concern is the quality I feel Arias, Lopez and Wolfe may be great squad players but can they increase the level of the squad?
Need to give them time as they get to know each other hopefully Vitor has a plan.

Kaladin very reliable sources mate same sources that confirmed the Arokodare before the press even got a sniff.
It's best to keep in mind though chasing and wether or not we get them are two different things, regarding Brownhill yes chasing as Saudi team are after him too.

Much appreciate the information you give rated, I don't doubt your sources and obviously as you said doesn't mean we'll get 4. Personally I think tolu and possibly Brownhill will be our last 2 signings, can't see us getting anymore in

Apparently, Chelsea now asking about JSL! 🙄

Get 150 million out of them

According to X Sasa going out on loan. Shame really but if we keep JSL and the new striker we have plenty of height in the team. My view on Sasa is he at least shows enthusiasm when he plays unlike Hwang who just seems to go through the motions these days.

Hwang seemed like he was trying his hardest he’s just too lightweight and gets pushed around wayyy too easily. However he’s our best finisher but can’t do much else, I’d rather seem him used as on of the inside forwards off the bench. Sasa tried hard as well and I quite like him but tolu is a similar profile so it makes sense to send him out on loan.

If he's the best finisher, we are 100% going down. He averages a goal every 5 games.

Tolu Arokodare Is ✔️ don't stress just awaiting an announcement expected within next 24 hours wolves bid for Hayden Hackney has had no response from Middlesbrough who have no intention of selling still looking for cm, st and cam before close Brownhill is an option but Wolves in no rush viewed a last option if fail to bring targets in however player has multiple options including 100k a week from al Shabab in Saudi

Wolves should be in a rush 😂 window closes in just over 24 hours and current squad has us down.
31 Aug 2025 18:48:47
Both me and you told everyone this a few days ago mate yet some still panic.
31 Aug 2025 19:11:21
I think people panicking is a fair reaction. I mean they want 3 more on top of tolu before tomorrow? We struggle to get signings across the line in the best of the times so its incredibly difficult to believe a narrative where we're getting 3 more in the next 24 hours when bids we're putting in aren't even being answered

Edoo1's do you know if Wolves sign Brownhill do they have any bids in for any other midfielders like Hayden of Middlesbrough or Kenneth of Ajax.
{Ed001's Note - I believe Boro rejected your offer for Hayden and that is the only one I know of. I would expect you have other offers in though. Brownhill is a free agent, so you can sign him after the window closes, so I would not think he is the priority right now unless you have exhausted all other avenues.}

Thanks Edoo1's
{Ed001's Note - very welcome.}

Oxlade-Chamberlain is also a free agent having had his contract cancelled and paid up. Not saying we should sign him but I'm assuming he's looking for somewhere. Still only 32 and has been playing regularly in Turkey.

Boro won't sell Hayden
