Fosun made it clear. Self-sustainable means overall expenditure, including ground improvements, despite not being included in SCR limits. They can still spend 115% of the income on the 1st team, but that's unlikely.
One thing is for sure. The SCR rules mean that there will never be another promoted team like Sunderland, who spend £160mill.

Five. Unless Fosun drop the self sustainable plan, we won't be competing in the prem, so yes, new better owners please.
As for the Mol: I find it ridiculous to talk of improving the Steve Bull. It's rotten and needs demolition.
