If Wolves don't sign a decent goalkeeper, and a central midfielder who is capable of getting assists and goals, then the team is in trouble. If Krejci goes, then Wolves will need a new left-sided centre back. Toti on his own will be disastrous.

Not by the new rules, Lex. Now it's up to 8th place. Although I would argue that any team that finishes 8th is very unlikely to go up, as it would suggest at least 2/3 teams that are massively better than them!

I believe even with the squad we have that a top-8 position is attainable. Our new manager is not yelling out for new players, like previous managers. Let's see if he has unlocked the negative football that our previous coaches preached, and possibly unlocked the attributes and skills of our present squad by playing positive and attractive football.
After all is said and done, the present squad would never have been bought because of their negative football ability. Let the dog see the rabbit, and the winning post will be in sight.

First half musings:
Trippier is a cut above, though it's concerning how much play is going through him. Wolves need to remember that there are players on the left.
Chirewa looked good.

Hopefully Wolves don’t have the issue with Tolu that they’ve had with other players where they can’t get rid of him.
Will it be one loan after another, with Wolves desperately hoping that some club as stupid as Wolves will sign him permanently?
It’s staggering that Ki-Jana Hoever is still at the club.
It says everything that Sheff Utd would rather sign Matt Doherty on a free than sign Hoever for what would be a relatively low fee.

It's going to be an interesting line up at Maidstone tonight. I know we'll not be up to full complement, no Raul or other world cuppers, I'd imagine. So, ideal opportunity for Rodrigo Lima Lopez etc to show us something.

It's a big deal for Maidstone and a thank you from us, but I'd imagine they'd like a 'win' and might test us more than we'd like.
