Krejci to West Ham is rumour he’s been offered and in talks with West Ham! What’s your thoughts? Does this mean we need another CB as well as winger and back up striker the boss wants?

My thoughts are that, if we lose a player who only signed for us two months ago to a team also in the Champ, then the club needs to take a look at itself!
It's one thing losing him cause he doesn't want to drop a league, it's an entire other thing to lose him to a league rival who have started out much worse than we have!

Why would he go to West Ham? Only makes sense for him if he thinks they have better chance for promotion. Tbh, we should not offer him to anyone in the Championship.

If he sold the WHU, put a large price tag on it. It makes absolutely no sense. There has been no other interest, as we know so far, so it may all be BS. If he does go to WHU, it says a lot about the player, and we are better off without him in the side.

Wolves have bid of around 14m euros rejected for Andre Luiz. Looks like the new bosses top target and a fresh bid will be going in for him should be around £16m with add ons!

So this guy moved from Rio Ave to Olympiakos for £6m in January 2026, played 8 games, scored no goals and no assists, and his value shoots up to £16m.
There was mention that Evangelos Marinakis sold him from one of his clubs (Rio Ave) to another (Olympiakos) for an inflated price, so that some other mug will pay big bucks for a player who, let's be honest, hasn't really set the world on fire.
Let Marinakis and Mendes cosy up in bed together, and let us buy players that have a proven track record rather than some potential from the Mendes stable.

So, the Watford defender I had never heard of, really, played 35 games last season, and a striker from League One who only played 2 games last season!

He is a sub player at best, Doyle. Unfortunately, he had a poor season on loan at the Blues too. I honestly don't rate him. He's not consistent enough.

Well, Lopez ran the show again. Excellent performance. James got his first goal for us, looks confident, and, in time, will be a starter. And Mane, his best game in a long time today. Great performance from us. Yes, defence needs to be stronger, but we can't fault the lads at the moment.
