Ran wouldn't drop from top of prem to championship i dont think and wages are sky high now. as for the striker department i agree should of signed the lad who went for 4mil top scorer in league 1 last year cant remember his name now off the top of my head.

Some of us have good ideas about who we should have signed this summer. OK, fair enough, but please let us know who we should have let go to make room?
Currently we are three points off top with a game in hand, so we are not doing badly with the existing squad, which is clearly improving match by match. To outclass a decent West Brom team says it all.

I totally agree wer doing well definitely but to win the league i think we could of done with another proven goalscorer if im honest.

It's all about creating a squad that not only goes up but stays up.
You do that by signing excellent young players and having experience along the spine like Sa, Krejci, Andre and Raul.
I think the squad if they are consistent could push play offs.
But it is all about consistency.
Albion are a mid table to bottom half championship team so let's not lose our heads.
We still lack pace at RCB, LCB, a box to box midfielder and two wingers that are technically good and we quick.
Yes I am happy to see Gomes and Mane develop but would they be good enough for Prem hopefully. But probably not that's how tough the prem is.

I always wonder what a box to box midfielder would look like, maybe like Andre? Or at a push munetsi? Both do work in both boxes.
