Hugo and Sa both starting against West Ham. Hopefully that means that they're going nowhere.

CP put Lima on as L/B sub v Blackburn.

I bl**dy hope so, Statto. That's reassured me a bit.

I have just heard on the radio that Kenny Jackett has passed away. Very sad news. The calm hand we needed in a crisis at the time and seemed like a thoroughly good bloke.
RIP Kenny.

I have just read an article saying that Cunha "passed his Man Utd audition". They may be a so-called Big 6 team but given how awful they have been for a while now, the sheer arrogance of this angers me no end. They are not so far away from a relegation battle and as improbable as it seems, I genuinely hope they get embroiled in one to give delusional Utd fans a dose of reality.

Agreed, the media drive this hype, psg, arsenal, man u etc etc.
They just hate to see so called "ballers" exist out of the so called big 6 squads

Does that mean he's good enough to play for them, hilarious.

I'm sure they'll sort it out at some point, but at the moment that club is rotten to the core. Who would want to be part of that infighting.

Possibly, it's a free as a sweetener for Simms coming to us? Or maybe that's just wishful thinking.

Plus he is an avenue into interest and marketing in Korea. He is more than a player to Fosun.

Plus he cannot defend, so he'd have no chance in a back 4 - which is why he's dropped down City's pecking order.

It sounds like a sensible idea - so clearly it will never happen with Fosun in charge.

Very sad news. My dad always raved about how good Phil Parkes was as a goalkeeper. Alas, I am too young to have seen him play, but I did come across him in the local cricket scene, having played against his sons on a few occasions. Such a character and a fierce competitor. RIP Lofty.

This is my concern. I watched Trippier's first interview this morning, and he credited RE's passion for Wolves as a big factor in him coming here. Did Andre sign his new contract under the impression that RE was going to be in charge?
Whilst, most people agree that there is plenty of dead wood to move on, those players who we would like to retain are probably more likely than ever to want to force a move away.
I feel that the way this has been conducted is going to cause more unrest. Just when we all thought we'd had a good week, the club go and throw a spanner in the works, again.
Regarding Peixoro, it is a total gamble and I fear it could backfire.

On the subject of Wolves-related music, can I recommend checking out The SC Project on streaming platforms with the tracks "The Wolf Pack" and "Out of Darkness". Two tracks written for us Wolves fans/sufferers.
