Mate of mine who works with the club says we're looking at Medina from Marseille. Heard a lot of rumours at start of transfer window (mainly Villa linked with him) but doesn't look like anything materialised. I take what he says with a pinch of salt tbh because he's not always on the money but thought I'd mention it!

Sorry I've just looked into this and he's on loan at Marseille as of July. Last time I post anything from this 'source' hahaha. He's backtracking and saying they're looking at him for next summer. Full of crap this lad haha

Doubtful. I'm pretty sure he only joined Marseille on loan a couple of weeks ago, from Lens if I remember rightly.

Early takes on what we'd like the squad to look like next year? With Andre signing on, Mane looking likely to stick around, and strong rumours Jimenez will return, I'm feeling quietly optimistic about the direction the squad is taking. What names do you think we should be going after? Obviously going to be a lot of turnover and it will be a very different squad.
My main hope is that we can find a consistent GK solution and a solid CB partnership. I also hope we can bolster the squad with some young, hungry players, bonus if they are promoted from the youth system, although I'm very out of the loop in that regard and not sure how much talent there is there.

Definitely need to sort the GK position. Wolves have normally been stocked with top keepers. Sa, Johnstone, Bentley are not good enough. Sa has his moments, but they are too rare.

Agreed, don't need someone to pull up trees, but really need someone consistent and reliable. May even give our current crop of centre backs a bit of their confidence back.

Surely a long list of players VP has worked with in Brazil that would be willing and able to do a job for us this year, would love Yuri Alberto to come in for example. Surely not the time to spend big on a kid
