So who/what is plan B now Mr.L, can't spell his name, as now turned us down? I understand his personal situation but it's also easy to read more into the decision. If Shi was reliant in expectations it leaves us in a quandary.

I'm very concerned Abbey! Shi really needs to pull one out the hat now, every other name mentioned (except for Amorim) in my opinion was a step backwards.

Surprise, surprise, turned us down yet again, Shi stop messing about, open the wallet and for gods sake get Mauricio Poccetino

My vote would be to go for Pochettino now.

Poch would get my vote too. Just go get him Jeff because we need decent leadership! The next games before the World Cup break are absolutely vital!

Can't blame him for not taking the job. Family is more important. Just need plan B to be brilliant. Who is available. Do we pay Tuchel or Poch big big money in the hope we can convince them to cone to us. Yes it would be a massive statement from us but I just can't see a manager of that ilk dropping down to manage a club that's not competing for titles.

We need a proven manager. I don't want Dyche or Big Sam type characters.

Fosun need to show their metal now and approach a prise a top manager away from a club.

Unai Emery will do.

Dyche actually is a proven manager Jas.He got Burnley to overperform in the Premier League for several years and always had to operate on around the lowest budget in the division. I'd much rather have him than Unai Emery who hardly excelled with much bigger budget, supposedly big six, Arsenal.

Jas M, I agree to a point, but, if Fosun want to show metal then they shouldn’t do half measures, we all want Wolves in Europe again, unfortunately we have a demotivated squad of talented footballers who need guiding to the top again, go get Poch, I’m convinced he would put this club in Europe next season.

You will know from my posts here that I didn't want Lopetegui anyway. - a has been and on the wane
But typically Jeff Shi has proved himself hopeless again by putting all his eggs in one basket.
So we struggle on rudderless (no Insult to 2 guys currently with the poison chalice)
As I've reasoned here, if you're spending (and as illustrated, often wasting ) approx £20m per player, why on earth would you not spend that sort of money to get a top manager. The one key man to getting the other 11 (or more)players x £20m each to perform!
Ok, despite money, some top men very well might not be persuaded to take us on.but for goodness try - go for it!
My fav, if only we could get him, would certainly be Amorin.
If not, then Poch.
Don't know that Martin is good enough.
Not keen on Touchel
But please, please not the Dyche's, BigSam's, Benitse's etc of this world.

It’s hard not to believe that we are beggars not choosers. No top line manager is going to risk his reputation by taking on our job so we can forget someone like AVB. It’s not just that our squad is unbalanced and in the relegation zone. It’s also that Shi and Sellars simply don’t have the football credentials to command the respect of a top line manager. Very pessimistic about the Forest game based on our inability to score goals.

Very poignant points innocent, it does feel depressing now and the threat of relegation more real. Aa you put it, we are looking like beggers with no one ready to risk their reputations from such a low starting point. No one mentioned Benitez, are we discounting a short term SOS save our season contract?

Relegation will cost Fosun big time.
Poch, Tuchel or the likes will be expensive too but far less so than a disastrous relegation.
If they have not already been approached then now is the time.

Like many I had my doubts about Lopetegui anyway. Needs time away from the game like Nuno should have had.
My fear is that we'll finish up with a bargain basement Manager. I don't like the look of Martin, but love the thought of Amorim, Whoever it is it needs to be soon and for it to be a 'top' Manager, not Coach then Sellars needs to back off and let them run the football side.
Having said all that I think Fosun know they need a top bloke to sort this lot out so fingers crossed.

Fosun should ask themselves who got us into this position. Maybe a to little too close to home for them.

Well to say I'm gutted is an understatement, looks like fosuns goals are not juliens, makes u wonder where we are going,if that kind of manager, finds us and our situation unattractive, maybe he can see us going down, forest game is our FA cup final,I'm afraid
Everythin crossed,????
