What's the point of a new contract from Mane's side? Any higher wage he receives now will surely be cut when relegated. He's only on 7-8k/w currently; say he doubles or triples his wages to 25k/w, he'd still likely have a relegation clause which would halve it.
Leaving him earning £12.5k/w instead of 3.5-4K/w. A big difference, but a transfer to almost any club would see him at 20-30k/w, if not more, depending on what club buys him.

BullysBoy, is it the system that doesn’t suit Kane or the surrounding players? Bellingham, Foden, Kane and even Saka tend to drift central into the no10 spot. To get the best out of him you need wingers who’ll run beyond him when he drops deep. If the way to get the best out of Kane is to drop Saka, Bellingham and Foden, is it worth it?
