Well it was certainly a different training game, 4 sending off in first half, (non of incidents on live camera but think mosquiro finally reacted after at least 3 chopping fouls) and I think pods reacted to something way off the ball. Only about 30 mins of football actually played in 45! Levante scored from a long punt with 2 players apparently yards offside buy not given. 2nd half returned to 11 a side with little to mention. A booking inside first 5/10 mins for a hauling down on hodge. A well finished 2nd for levante and a good headed consolation from gomez I believe although I thought it was Boly initially. MGW, hodge, ronan, all showing talent and collins looking very assured,but I might have a punt on him scoring own goal from back pass, he does seem to hit em. It was supposed to been training game but levante just wanted to kick out at any run and the pitch invasion of players and staff rather spoilt it all. The main note I made was the solidarity of the wolves squad supporting each other and their commaraderie. Oh yea, the ref blew about 8 mins early at end of 2nd half, I expect he'd had enough by then too. Roll on Saturday.

Not sure I agree with the wisdom of playing another game within 18 hours of yesterdays, especially in such hot conditions. Does Bruno want players to get injured?

It wasn't supposed to be a 'competitive training' game in the hotel complex and didn't really feature anyone who had played over an hour last night goggs. No more than a gradual move to match fitness. Levante obviously didn't see it that way and piled in pulled and kicked at everything in the first half. We'd remained calm and knocking the ball well until whatever happened again to mosquiro provoked his temper I guess. Interestingly I didn't notice Bruno anywhere, maybe I missed him or he was elsewhere.

Ken68 I suppose it depends on which type of school you went to! It'd would have been friendly in mine, lol. Bruno was there I've now seen. Ah well apart from a few bruises and sore throats it brightened up my Thursday.
