Reading some of the posts, glad it is not just me that is questioning our style/method of play.
Just don’t get it. In one way or another I have watched most of our games. I don’t see a method, pass around at the back into midfield and back again.


Surely Shi 2 has to be seeing the same?
How can we go into the summer in this way and expect a change? Fair enough the players may have downed tools now; however, we have been playing the same way for sometime.

We'll see by today's performance. We have nothing to play other than finishing above Burnley. Sunderland have nothing to play for. Let's see if Edwards has actually decided that the best way to win games is by attacking.

Banksy, our style of play resembles that of our one-time captain, Karl Henry. Karl wasn't nicknamed Karl the Crab for nothing with his sideways passing. A teammate then was Rob Edwards.

Much of that is down to a lack of ability and confidence, Banksy, all thanks to 6 years of Fosun chewing its own legs off. I include the employment of RE in that, as his stats are appalling.
Will we see the renaissance that statements from the club seem to imply? Not with these players, and not with RE, in my opinion, so time for Fosun to get behind Nathan Shi's apparent ambitions, or frankly we'll still be having this negativity for years to come.

Well said, Long. I agree. A fresh approach and complete overhaul is required, unless there is a dramatic improvement in performances, which has to include Rob, in my opinion.
Can't see many players staying, and perhaps that is for the best. Have to worry, though, with recent history on recruitment. This summer will tell us a lot on the ambition of Shi 2 and Fosun.

Watching today's first half, these players are just going through the motions. I guess. No surprise, most will escape (leave) this summer.
The early part of the summer transfer window will probably tell us the level of ambition Fosun will show.
Not optimistic.

We are so poor going forward, misplaced passes, poor decision-making, etc.
One set-piece goal masks our weaknesses.
