Can anyone tell me of style of play? It's not counter attack like Nuno, it's not possession based like VP and it's not high press like Lopetegui. I actually don't know what our style is supposed to be.

Our tactics are simple.
Defend, defend, defend. Move the ball into midfield, pass backwards so the opposition can get into the default defensive set up, hoof the ball into the opposition half, lose the ball and concede.

Five minutes of prime Barcelona then God only knows. Other than the few minutes of fast, beautiful pinging the ball about football, I don't have a clue what style of football Re is trying to play.
Only thing I know is it bores the arse off me.
Maybe Re, with his players, will turn Wolves into a team that plays devastating attacking football. Stranger things have happened.

We've got to have a serious threat up front first, Noisy. Armstrong (and I've grown to appreciate his effort), Tulu (who I appreciate is a nuisance), Mane, who is too inexperienced, and Hwang (who is Hwang) aren't prolific in any sense.
I feel sorry for Gomes and Andre, their skills being wasted, I'm sure, and their release balls would be quicker if they had faster thinkers around them.
So we go back, don't get forward, or rely on Hugo/Jackson/Lima to present the threat, normally ending up over behind anyone in the box or into the keeper's hands.
On the rare occasion one of ours connects with it, the ball is off target.
But they always look good in training, Re says!
We've little but pride to play for now, but some of that pride could be shown today by a win of 3 goal difference and get us off bottom spot following Burnley's loss last night.
Little comfort, I know, but I'd like us not to be bottom at the end, and that little contest between us and Burnley gives a bit of meaning to the last few games.
So can we see a Re team with a purpose today? I doubt it, but, as you say Noisy, strange things happen.
