Reading VP's comments on the Wolves website he says they are still 'trying things out'. What does that tell us?
Does it mean that the players bought in were not his choice as some have suggested? Or, does it mean even after 9 games he still doesn't know his best team and the tactics they should adopt.
Probably a bit of both in my opinion but mainly the transfer saga because it had Jeff's sticky fingers all over it. Head of Football matters, hilarious.

Is it me or do you think it’s a bit of a coincidence that they are giving him a couple more games, just when muscat will become available

Bit of a worry either way Long, still trying things out, 9 games in and 3 cup games, but late in the day for trial and error, well mostly error. Interesting as always to see the team selection today, no idea what to expect.

And we're supposed to be a professional football club. A quarter of the way through a season worth millions of £££'s and we're still trying things out. What a joke we've become under the senior management.

It's a bit late in the season but you'd hope they'd 'tried enough things out to at least know the members of the squad who are definitely not good enough!
For me Mosquera, Hwang, Sa, Bentley, Lopez (currently), Doherty (unfortunately) are not even good enough to be in the squad.
Toti, Bellegarde, Hoever, R Gomes, Wolfe are squad level/subs
Leaving a starting 11 (in a 3, 4, 2, 1) of;
Johnstone
Agbadou, S Bueno, Krejci
Jackson, J Gomes, Andre, Hugo
Munetsi, Arias
Tolu (or JSL)

Muscat is not the answer, he will not bring anything that VP can't.
I'll put my neck online here and say we will get a win today and hopefully move on, we have plenty enough in squad to compete and get some results. let's hope a win going into the international break will help break some of the bad atmosphere in and around team and fans.
Todays game is the last little glimmer of hope I have, I was at both games this week, Burnley was a tough one to take at the end, but we had plenty of chances to win it in second half, very fine margins, Chelsea game was a hard watch in first half, yes it was their second team, but they have real quality in depth and it showed, some basic errors added to that.
second half with a change in our play, we looked good, we got on the front foot, we pressed and won the loose balls, we had the urgency we haven't seen in a while, if we play like that today, we can get a result.

All valid points, but even if we survive this year by some minor miracle with or without VP what will happen next Summer. De ja vue, Groundhog day, take your pick, either way will we start next season in exactly the same situation? Or, do we think the Fosun delegation who attended the Burnley game actually learned something and realise this can't go on?
If they haven't and there are still no plans to help finance the club then they can start waving goodbye to at least £400M, imo.

Well anyone that thinks my comment about Vitor “ working his ticket” take a look at today’s line up! Andre and Gomes probably our 2 best players benched, strand Larsen who can’t hit a barn door from 2 paces atm and toti and aga who both seem to of forgotten they are professional footballers in the side
Genuinely can see this being a mauling

Longmynd, let’s worry about this season before we worry about next season
