I think in hindsight ONeil should have gone at the end of last season. Hadn't won a game towards the end of the league campaign. As of now, two wins in how many games relegation form I'm afraid.

It all points Fosun’s lack of ambition. If they don’t replace GON now, we can assume they have given up on the Project and they are prepared for us to be relegated. They will then sell off all our good players, pocket the proceeds and leave a wreck of a club struggling in the Championship. Tell me it ain’t true Fosun, tell me it ain’t true!

It ain't true Innocent. If you take a look at what's happening within the Fosun Group, they're trying to improve their financial status by selling off non-core businesses and buying back their own shares from minority investors. They need to do this to pull their shares out off 'junk' status which will reduce the cost of borrowing, a burden that must be killing them at the moment.
They've sold an insurance company for £750M so if Wolves are valued at £500M you would think we'd have been sold by now if they needed or wanted to. The fact is that Wolves are a core business within their 'happiness and wellbeing group' or whatever it's called. Ironic I know, so I doubt they have plans to sell, just plans to cost cut, not a good bedfellow for a Premier League football club.
That's why Lopetegui walked out and why a much cheaper option appointed, which has not worked out. Let's hope they've learnt some lessons from this and change their ways.

Well first of all it's so nice to be back on here I was under wolfy46 I've supported wolves for 52 years now and it's a disgraceful that they have kept O'Neill with end of last season and this season how many have we lost and if that happened at another club manager would have gone along time ago fosun should act now before west ham game he hasn't got the dressing room players are all over the place and playing in wrong positions we need someone like Everton manager as he stands no messing

Welcome back Wolfy 09, I must admit even though last season fell apart due in part to injuries, I felt GON may come good and do well again this.
Even so it was the knee jerk reaction to the England rumours, that landed him a 4 year deal, that surprised me. I sometimes think there's a naivety in the club that let's them believe that if they think something is a good idea, it is.

Been gone a while but now back. Never wanted O'Neil and some Bournemouth fan I met back in June said he'll take you down. Should have gone after Coventry game.

Guys,
I honestly believe GON has been told the WHU game is his last regardless of the outcome and Fosun are searching for a new Manager. If it's like any of our player signings we won't know until he/they arrive.
It really is poor from Shi to have left it this long though as we are now in a real relegation scrap.
If I were a betting man a new guy will be appointed before the Ipswich game.

I've seen a few posters say now that 'he should of gone after the Cov game' and sorry gents but that's just hindsight and nonsense! I might not be Jeff's biggest fan but if after all the nonsense with Lope they had fired the next guy whilst sitting in 10th and the later stages of a cup run then we would have (rightly) been an absolute laughing stock! What's more to the point we would have struggled to find manager even MORE than we are doing now! Who would work for a club that fires managers working with the 16th lowest wage budget but getting teams to 10th in the Prem (at the time) and the later stages of a trophy?!

West Ham may well be his last game, if so I would expect some sort of mutual consent leaving arrangement. I just hope someone is lined up even as a temp. The Ipswich and Leicester matches are arguably more important than Bournemouth and West Ham.

I hope things will be looking up and positive for the ipswich game. We'll be wearing the reflective gold shirts to commemorate 70yrs since we beat Honved (regarded as possibly the best in europe) at molineux under a then 'new' floodlit game, coming back from 2-0 down.
To remember such an occasion by being at the bottom end of the table and in despair, crowd booing with chants of you don't know what your doing would be ironic at best.
Beating WH would be a start then beating Ipswich and seeing the game as the turning point to our future in the prem would serve us well in all respects, you youngsters hope, for us oldsters a memory of old and a reminder that all is not yet lost.
So come on Fosun, put us out of our misery, recognise this great club and most of all your supporters by treating us correctly and letting us know the path ahead.
