Had 24 hours to reflect and allow my emotions to settle down so I can post a realist view of yesterday.
It's just not good enough, poor passing and lack of real penetration has to be laid at GoN door.
I can't see him turning this around, clearly the players are up for the challenge they just need direction and better coaching.
For me I'd bring in Moyes and have a more pragmatic approach ( worked for West Ham ) and he could stabilise to team . Clean sheets are a priority., cut out the errors and improve the passing.

Poor passing but we doubled our points tally after nine games and if we beat Palace we will increase our points tally by another 150 per cent.
How many teams can say that?

Bournemouth can, they started with 2 draws and then a win. Ok it wasn’t after 9 games but still doubled and then increased by 150%, just saying ;)

What's not good enough exactly Nando? Brighton have lost one game all season and haven't actually lost at home yet. In fact there home form is generally VERY good. So I have to ask what result were you expecting away to them, a 5-0 win? I also find it funny that you don't think GON can 'turn it round' when it's been hardly 24 houra since he did exactly that! Some people just want to sack the manager not sure it really matters what the result or performance was actually like! ?

I think GON was on a hiding to nothing yesterday, if he'd started 4 at the back and we lost he would have been lambasted for not playing 5 but Brighton are really good against 5 at the back so wasn't surprised with how first half went. Second half he made the right changes, including taking Lemina off which not many would have. We looked much better and were the better team but got caught by a counter attack so all in all the fightback was deserved and GON deserves credit for it just as much as the players.
If we play like that all season including when 5 at back (which works against most teams) and gives us better defensive stability then we will start climbing the table.

Moyes would be a step in the right direction, Oniel isn't good enough, on paper we've got a very strong squad but they aren't playing anywhere near their potential and that's down to the coaching they are recieving.
Bournemouth didn't get rid of him when kept them up for no reason did they.
