So are Wolves actually interested in Sterling and Zaha?

I know they want Cozier Duberry, so I can’t see the wanting or getting Zaha.

As much as I think Zaha would be worth a punt.

Genuinely I'd rather see Monga on loan to be honest rather than waste salary on either.

Sterling is the better player, I don't know where his head's at or what's happened to him. Maybe the motivation has dissipated? He has achieved pretty much everything a footballer can achieve...apart from CL (City won the year after he left) and England.

Zaha I never really liked, as yes he did score against us. But I always thought he was quite a lazy player, so can't really see how it would work if we want to press. But his goals and assists were always steady in the Prem.

I think with Sa, Johnstone, Ruddy, Trippier, Raul, Armstrong and Andre they have a lot of experience in the squad now.

Do we want a squad of players over 30?

It would be exciting to get some exciting young players at CB, CM and wide forwards. JJ is a start. But we need more, the squad lacks pace through the team. I don't really want to see our CBs or Raul isolated, as the players can't move and attack with pace and purpose.

No I'm not expecting Mbappe. But just a bit more to be honest.

Still think we are relying on a lot of consistently inconsistent players due to injuries and form.

It does make you think what Edwards' plan was, as it was exciting before he was sacked.

And where was Edwards getting the money from? Certainly not Fosun. Maybe he was sacked because he was Jeff Shi's last stand and the team was playing the worst football seen in an era.

I don't disagree. He should have been sacked; he had no style.

But, the rumours of Devine make me think he would have gone down the young player route rather than loads of experienced players.

He wanted cbs, as he wanted to play a back 4.

I also think he would have signed two fast forwards, as he knew we didn't have that last season.

Rob Edwards was sacked due to his very poor record. Very few managers have survived after only winning 3 games. No conspiracy, just a crap manager.

Edwards was sacked because his style of football was brutal to watch, and too many fans no longer wanted him. Fosun's mistake, other than appointing him, was not sacking him sooner.
