Besiktas have reportedly made a €15m offer for Wolves forward Tolu Arokodare.
Another insulting offer from those, if I were incharge at Wolves i'd block Besiktas tbh they are disrespectful with their offers.

Worth noting Tolu has played for 2 clubs already this season so would not be allowed to play for Beskitas, I think it's a none story tbh.
