Wolves were not interested in Tanganga over the Summer and as of now they still have no interest, targets were misseed out on but Tanganga wasn't even considered.
Wolves are confident of adding more players in January and are currently seeing what's available in free transfers.

Unless I missed something, Shi did suggest that he and VP were in regular contact regarding options for an attacking midfielder and both (mutual decision) decided against it and would utilise existing players until someone suitable becomes available. This along with VP's major input into the players we've bought into the club over this window suggests this is not just about Shi penny pinching but that VP is happy with the business done.

I'm pretty sure that the club scouting team are working continuously not just when the transfer window opens.
