Reports by ESPN journalist Maks Cárdenas that he's heard that Wolves have an agreement in place with Universidad de Chile to sign Dario Osario for £6M.
Apparently, things didn't progress fast enough for a summer deal so maybe January is the plan. Prodigious talent by all accounts. We heard about this one back in the summer but no idea if it's true.

{Ed002's Note - It will be difficult to get a work permit for England.}

This would be a great signing, anyone able to confirm it?

I doubt it Winton, no one really knows about Wolves transfers until they happen.
Having said that I think this may have been one of the reasons why Hobbs flew to South America, again speculation.
As for work permits, they must be confident, if the rumour is correct.

Maybe Ed002 but perhaps they can pull off another Costa. They must be confident, or else the deal must be a 'subject to'.

{Ed002's Note - I suspect it will have to be subject to obtaining a WP.}

Why we got one for Campana and no problems there? So why would we have problems signing? His current club wanted him to help them win the title and their league ends in October, this is why he didn't sign in August

Looks like we have been scouting heavily in that part of the world if missing Marquinhos was anything to go by. So could well be milage in this one.

Actually the E&S are cooling this story saying Wolves are looking at him and that contrary to rumours a deal is not yet done.
That might be the case or it might be more smoke and mirrors.

E&S have rubbishd this as "wide of the mark"

I wouldn't believe the E+S tbh they are way out of the loop, i'll wait until Hannah Perkins mentions it as she is pretty spot on.
