Wolves must stand firm on this. He's not for sale! I'm not surprised that JS leant about football from a computer game.

We need to stand firm on Gomes, Andre and JSL. The problem is, if someone comes in with a high ish offer fosun will just take it. Then not get anyone back in or it will be someone inexperienced and we’ll be screwed…. Again

Interesting so if a club offered £80m for Larsen you wouldn't take it?
That is x4 what we paid Vigo 6 weeks ago.
I can think of quite a few players that wouldn't cost that money and would improve the squad.
It won't happen after the sale of Cunha and RAN we have enough to sort without selling Larsen.
But that was just a random number he is younger than Gyokeres and has played premiership football.
Then some will say he is not worth more than Cunha. But Cunha could have been sold in January for £80m+. Arsenal wanted him but wolves said no then gave him a deal and then banked the premiership money for another season. It was worth losing £20m+ on the transfer rather than losing premiership broadcasting money of £200m approx.
I think if you are getting x3 or x4 what you pay for a player you are crazy thinking you should keep them. We aren't a top 6 side with £600m+ revenue.
I think closing that gap is impossible unless you do a Fergie and develop youngsters in the Black Country, Staffordshire and Shropshire. with strong support bases. With a plan of having a class of 92. That should be the longer term aim rather than some young lad from Portugal and making a small profit on them. Also if the premium is more for English players surely Uncle Jorge would be interested aswell.
Alot of these youth academies lose money though that's why they don't get backed. Leicester and Bournemouth have massive training centres but are they recruiting like Chelsea or Man City? The answer is no they have spent a fortune but they won't get to be a big as those clubs.

if wolves are expected to develop and move up in the league Fosun have to change from self sustain and start to hold on to key players not keep breaking up a team by selling assets on.
