I don't think it's the Fosun ain't spent it; just the crap they spent on the do spend money at lesst... Look at our last few windows they sell crown jewellery and buy poo.

Agree, Simon. The money has been there, but Shi dithered and hesitated when managers put in their transfer requests. The pattern has been the same each summer since Santo: panic buys, overpaying, and providing players the manager didn't want in many cases.


Now, we have an expensive (by our standards) squad, with few of the right standard.
We can only hope things take a different direction in the summer.
