VAR is not corrupt. It’s just the standard of people on VAR and refs in general who are terrible and don’t know how to interpret the laws.

I've seen a few wild theories on X saying the balls for the draw have bumps on them for city and united so those who draw them know.
But it is just conspiracy theories.

Apparently the ball numbers for the cup draw weren't displayed on TV showing which teams they represented. In theory therefore the draw could have been doctored. Not saying it was but just fuelling the conspiracy theories!

I think it's most probably a recurring coincidence, but it always seems to favour the same way. Or I'm still a tad bitter, I bet we wouldn't have got Leicester if we'd both got through though!

I was told a long while ago that certain balls could be put in a fridge before the draw so as to differentiate them from the others. No idea of the truth in any of that.
