Need to replace Jeff Shi cannot go on wasting millions on average players and then loaning them out because they are not good enough

I know the original plan was to replace Shi with the guy from Grasshoppers who unexpectedly quit to go home to China, but I've believed for some time that he will still leave this summer, to take up a bigger job within the group.

This may have been one of the reasons for his alleged salary increase so let's hope whoever comes in has their heads screwed on and stays away from the 'football decisions'.
