People moaning about JL looking for old heads his clearly recognised we don't have enough experience with leadership qualities. Everybody knows you need a balanced squad that way everyone bounces of each other.

Agreed, however I'm not entirely sure that giving three year contracts to 31 year old players is the best way to solve that?! No wonder Docs wanted to come back, who gives a three year contract to a 31 year old player?! I'm a bit shocked with that one if honest! ?

I'd have given a 3 year contract to a 31 year old Messi and, excusing his posturing, Ronaldo Bullys.Fully agree about Doherty though. Would have thought that 12 months is sufficient and review things towards the end.
