I reckon the forthcoming game against Sandwell Town is the most important derby for years. Win it and it will kickstart our season. Lose it and I dread to think......

Every manager should be told that a game against the Blaggies is a must win. Home and away. Those are the biggest games in the Championship for us. Do that, and the fans will be behind you for every other game.
