I’m starting to become very tired of Fosun. It’s causing me to become very tired of Wolves.

Fosun are deceitful owners. Molineux ain’t ever getting a rebuild. The training facilities won’t ever get an upgrade. It’s literally two pitches and a set of dumbbells. The youth set-up is average at best. No better than half the teams in the Championship.

From the fans forum, where’s the team that’s going to look very different? Where’s the team that fans can really identify with? Wolves fans are being lied to again.

Ron Moore has made me see the light. He’s bloody right. I don’t care about the moaning, he’s spot on. We march into the stadium like hopeful mugs, to slowly trudge out with our shoulders slumped. The good years were seven years ago. It’s been continual decline ever since. Why the chuff did we have to hound Steve Morgan out? Wolves are now back to where they started ten years ago, except the club now has about £200 million of debt. Steve Morgan is a billionaire property developer.

Fosun are Gordon Gecko types who buy up businesses with pretend money.

Look at the attendances towards the end of last season. Fans are becoming fed up. Wolves get promoted to the PL, but what happens then? Fosun don’t have the ability to keep Wolves in the Premier League. Last season saw the real Wolves under Fosun. It had been coming for a while.

Was it Johnny Phillips who said if Wolves don’t get promoted back to the PL at the first attempt the club's finances will be in an atrocious state. That surely also means that in the Premier League there will be very little money for genuine quality players.

Wolves are going into a Championship season with several other teams who are more than capable of sitting above Wolves and staying there. Southampton will be dangerous this season. The same goes for Burnley, West Ham, Middlesbrough, and possibly Wrexham and Blues. Maybe Millwall, too.

Under Fosun, supporting Wolves is becoming a chore.

It's nothing new. Nice One, some preferring not to see it for what it is, even now. I see Mat Jackson is predicting a speeding up in the transfer market as teams return to training, probably knowing they would soon have £38M (on paper) to spend.

It's a total mystery to me why Fosun are doing this. It's a money pit that they can't (or won't) afford to get involved with. They should have sold it 5 years ago unless they just want the brand name.

Realistically, that's life being a football fan, unless, of course, you follow the so called big 6. Do you honestly think Spurs fans are happy? West Ham? They're all moaning. Chelsea, Liverpool. How many managers have some of these clubs gone through!
We're all Wolves supporters on here & always will be. Some, like me, don't go as often these days, but it's the first result I look for, and it still ruins my evening or weekend when we lose. I don't like or trust Fosun any more than other contributors on here, & it makes me sick to see how The Vile are doing & even the ambition of the blue noses, but all we can do is support the team & show our dissatisfaction to Fosun by protest if Nathan Shi, etc., don't come up with the goods.

They've created this mess & it's up to them to get us out of it. They've said time & time again that they don't intend to sell us, so let's pray they want a Premier League club where the money is. We all knew J Gomes was going, but let's see who we bring through the door. If I'm very optimistic, I'm hoping Shi has sold Trippier & Raul a very ambitious plan to attract both to our club. Here's hoping to a very good summer transfer window.

You're right, Long. Football is a money pit, and Fosun don't have the money. That's the reality. They don't have the money. Everything they purchase is on the never never. It's all debt on debt on debt. They're Klarna boys.

Steve Morgan had wealth. His wealth is real. He had the money and contacts to rebuild the Molineux and training facilities. Guy was hounded out from the minute we lost 5-1 to the Boggies, and he went into the dressing room.

Who has more money - a guy on £120,000 per year with massive overheads and loads of debt, or some dude who earns £35,000 per year, has low overheads and no debt?

Fosun is the first guy.

That's why Chelsea were so successful under Abramovich. Yes it was pre PSR, but the guy was stinking cash rich.

Nice One Franco. Guo has a personal wealth of $2.4b. Fosun have assets worth $24.05b

The issue is that PSR does not allow for an owner's personal wealth to be used for everyday capital at the club that they own. Guo could easily build the stadium using his own money, and that would not count towards the PSR, and any future extra revenue would go towards the club's finances. I fear that Guo simply isn't interested in expanding the stadium anymore.

This current mess is all down to Jeff Shi and his incompetence. He was the CEO who signed off on the players and everything, draining the club of finances. He is the reason why, despite us all knowing the true value of Joao Gomes, we have become financially insecure and are having to sell him on the cheap. We are a sinking ship, and the better players are the rats, trying to leave to ensure that their career doesn't nosedive into oblivion.
