Do you think Jeff Shi will or will not actually be making the final decisions?

Johnny Phillips has written that Jeff Shi is the Chairman and CEO of the Sports division of Fosun. Wolves are part of the Sports division so although he isn't running the club on a day to day basis, Nathan Shi has to answer to Jeff Shi.

All Fosun have done is moved Jeff Shi out of the way upstairs Nathan Shi will report to him.
