Hi guys . I have been told tonight we have a 2 million bid for Adam Flint from Bristol City. don't know if source is reliable. Whisper maybe .

I wouldn't of thought so he is English.

2.) 28 May 2017 23:03:23
He's worth between 5 - 7 million so I wouldn't believe that.

3.) 28 May 2017 23:07:18
That sounds to me like a Lambert target.

4.) 28 May 2017 23:28:43
From what I've heard, if he is a Lambert target he could be off to Sunderland.

5.) 29 May 2017 08:33:31
Come on Nuno. Hurry up and sort out this mess! 👍😉⚽️.

6.) 29 May 2017 08:37:48
No way are we making bids for the likes of Adam Flint. Nothing will happen until Santo is in place as head coach.

Any guesses than Santo is not coming because he will want to spend too much, are nonsense plain and simple, as they ignore the reality. Nobody can spend tens of millions at this stage for Wolves, it would break the financial rules. Expenditure is not the issue we are facing.

Sant will be appointed.

7.) 29 May 2017 08:51:51
@Wolves are keen to sign portuguese CB Fábio Cardoso, from V. Setúbal. They face competition from @RangersFC.

8.) 29 May 2017 10:56:35
Im sure NES will have a big say in that one kidda.

9.) 29 May 2017 11:51:39
The fair play rules give us a limit of over spend, compared to our revenue, over 3 years of about £40 million. So without bringing in money from sales in the next 2 seasons, we won't be spending mega money as some people think we can. The fact that we have billionaire owners in the championship doesn't make that much difference.

Especially when we sign a bunch of players who can't cut it in this league. Lambert could see that and was looking to bring the right type of players in. look at Newcastle and Brighton's signing last year, experienced, quality, championship players. All we can hope is that the new manager realises this and gets his say on who comes in.

10.) 29 May 2017 11:58:43
Unless we get a new sponsor.
Stadium naming rights.
And. we could spend now as long as the books are balanced 2018/ 19 season.

11.) 29 May 2017 14:52:38
According to an article today on Sky Sports, promotion to the PL sees an uplift in revenue of at least £170m, rising to. £290m if you stay up after the first season.

That's the big gamble. Do Fosun and Wolves go for it - Spend another £30m-£40m to get promoted. The increased revenue will ensure we don't break FFP rules. Flip side is if we don't get promoted in the next two season we will need to balance the books by selling our best players. That's if again we want to stay within the rules.

Other teams like Bournemouth have carried on regardless and taken the fine for FFP. Do Fosun just say sod the rules and go for it anyway. Bournemouth got fined £7.6m for breaking the rules. I'd pay that if Wolves we're esatablished in the Premier League!

I see Gary Monk has left Leeds, does this only to add fuel to the role at Wolves? Or is PL to stay. further speculation from ex porto boss plus other managers mentioned. but still no formal anouncement from Fosun. will it becthe same as last year? . Who Knows because we bloody dont.
RANT OVER . UTW.

Congratulations on Paul Lambert being named championship manager of the month! Excellent results and like he stated the players deserve the accolades. but also the fans that ho week in and week out also should be praised 👏👏👏👏.

PT will be spitting feathers at this news.

2.) 07 Apr 2017 07:59:49
With a Manager of the Month award, and the fact Bristol City have been walloped in their last few games, usually means the footballing gods will decide to give us a kick in the teeth. Hopefully we'll go on and beat Bristol.

3.) 07 Apr 2017 14:14:16
Our good fortune will run out before long but the last few weeks have been fun it will be good to see Graham and Zyro playing again too now we are safe and why isn't Bright in the team any more?

4.) 08 Apr 2017 12:21:39
Congrats to PL. Does this mean that we won't be hearing from PT for the foreseeable future?

I'm Very disillusioned as to what is happening with our beloved WWFC. Think the majority of us all though KJ tenure as wolves boss was over, especially after Tuesday night.
However the appointment of Walter Zenga leaves me in disbelief. Factually what has he done? Skipped from club to club . Not a hip appointment I guess.
I hope I'm wrong, good luck to the man.
I am reserving my judgment until the first 15 games of the championship. Anyway we all love the gold and black!
and let's hope we don't regret appointing Bruce a second time.

UTW 👏👏👍👍⚽👊👊👊⚽⚽.

Well said Somerset only thing I'm gutted about is good English players won't get a chance let's see what happens saying tht tell me a good prem team tht has more thn 5 English lads in first 11.

2.) 31 Jul 2016 00:14:21
The 1966 England World Cup Squad, and they would still play better than our first team did today even at their age. Sorry couldn't resist it mate.

StuWolf - Scottish.

3.) 31 Jul 2016 00:44:25
I've got to be frightfully honest with you SomersetWolf - I can't see him sticking around for 15 games! At most until Christmas - evidently not a long-term fix. I much would've preferred Steve Bruce or Bobby Martinez and personally feel we won't have to wait too long.

Zenga to me feels like another yes man, someone brought in to coach a series of new signings. Which, due to a rather poor track record, is a bizarre decision. Kenny had to go; I've said that now for months. But for me, Zenga is a disaster waiting to happen. Our opening six are all winnable. If we do however start slowly and, as you say, 15 games in things aren't looking right, Jeff will pull the plug - basically deja vu from Solbakken. Only this time his replacement will actually be given money to spend.

Then again, supporting my beloved team has often sucked the optimism out of me. This is, after all, a new dawn. Suffice to say we've been through the Darkness. we know what cometh next!

4.) 31 Jul 2016 00:53:48
Moan. moan. moan. I suppose you want Morgan back with Jackett as manager. move on. we are run by a billionaire with a manager who can attract big players and likes to play attacking football. Zenga has only been in the job a day and he has been slated to high heaven. get behind the man for for sake.

5.) 31 Jul 2016 07:19:48
Agree with u 100% Felix.

6.) 31 Jul 2016 08:14:03
So the people moaning for the last six months are now moaning about the moaners.

7.) 31 Jul 2016 09:55:28
We've got billionaire owners we've got a new coach and we've got players lined up on the radar! Wtf is there to moan about? NOTHING.

8.) 31 Jul 2016 10:12:43
Last season everybody had a right to moan, it was total crap from the owner, management team, coach and players!

9.) 31 Jul 2016 11:01:53
We needed change and we certainly have it! Get used to it lads, because overnight the club has changed dramatically. Changed to an extent that none of us are used to. We will now be dealing at a totally different level in terms of players, wages, budgets etc etc. Bit of a culture shock to us all, but what do you want - Saville, Byrne, Mason, Coady? Or Silvio, Talisca, Costa et al. Embrace and enjoy, but show some bl**dy patience - it's a completely new ball game. #COYW. #zengazengazenga.

Yes its a fine ol mess we are in. Why no clarity from Fosun. its nearly acweek since these rumors emerged and still no anouncement. Think its only fair an anouncement needs to be made imo. I only hope Fosun have learnt more from the last 12 months to plan properly an accordingly.
