It seems that Lambert was Thelwell's choice and gave him assurances on transfer policy that fosun have not kept. I would say it's got to be the end of Thelwell too if that's the case.
Hopefully that should put a stop to ridiculous 3 year contracts to the likes of Lee Evans and Danny Batth. To be honest that says it all about lamberts and Thelwells ambitions and they don't match fosuns.

Tim speirs says it's a matter of when not if he's going.

2.) 13 May 2017 18:42:58
Yes he can't go on after all this just like Jackett last year.

3.) 13 May 2017 18:50:34
The Silence coming from the Mol is deafening! The mere fact that no statement from there means PL is Toast! 👍😉⚽️ We await the next chapter of this Drama with baited breath.

4.) 13 May 2017 19:07:10
Has no one spotted Alan Curbishley at compton yet.

5.) 13 May 2017 19:15:46
Fosun are an investment company and will make money out of Wolves! They do not care about the fans! They want Mr Mendes to keep finding players like Costa so they can make a killing! Lambert never had a chance with the team he inherited and neither would any other manager! I'm quick starting to feel we as Wolves fans are in for a hell of a lot more heartache!

6.) 13 May 2017 19:52:15
well said WOLVESCOAST 👍.

7.) 13 May 2017 19:52:58
Totally agree guneye. bang on.

8.) 13 May 2017 20:11:34
guneye, Fosun want to gamble on making 10-12 million on players like Costa every year, when they can make 200 million in deals from the premier league?

9.) 13 May 2017 20:29:41
If fosun got wolves into the prem they would make bucket loads.

10.) 13 May 2017 21:32:06
Fosun have absolutely no chance of getting to the premiere league if they are going to continue getting rid of mangers at this rate! How can any manager build a team in 6 months?

11.) 13 May 2017 21:53:50
It's a best mates clique at the wolves batth Evans Edwards saville Doherty price stearman dicho iorfa Hause ikeame they have made a good living out of failure but I hope your times up your just not good enough and you never have been.

12.) 13 May 2017 22:11:57
Maybe Andrea 'The Chip' Butti is one his way back as General Manager.

13.) 13 May 2017 23:43:50
My honest opinion, let's see what p.

14.) 13 May 2017 23:52:55
23 million a day' your make money out of wolves haha.

15.) 14 May 2017 08:04:58
If all fosun wanted was a mendes puppet in charge and use wolves to showcase up and coming players, why bother sacking zenga?
I have no contacts at the club but I believe the delay is because they are waiting for Marco Silva.
Fosun have made mistakes but I think they will get it right and they can see lambert is not the man to do it.

16.) 14 May 2017 08:42:45
So in short stay tuned till the end of the premier league for the next nervous episode.

If it is Marco Silva, which I heavily doubt due to other big premier league clubs wanting him such as West Ham.

17.) 14 May 2017 08:53:41
There seems a desire from a large % of people on here to see Marco Silva appointed. So much so they want his team to lose today and be relegated.
I would much prefer a manager who saved his team from relegation but still decided that he wanted to come to Wolves because they were a much better club.
With regards to Zenga - possibly he wasn't a very nice man - none of us really know; but some of the football he played was quite attractive.
Let's hope Pat Mountain and Tony Daley don't start crying again and get another manager the sack.

18.) 14 May 2017 11:05:08
If West Ham want the Hull coach, they will get him even if Hull stay up.

19.) 14 May 2017 11:43:13
Not if Jorge Mendes has anything to do with it. After all it'll be him doing the negotiations.

20.) 14 May 2017 15:14:09
I think Lamberts time was up along time ago. Also agree we are waiting on Marco Silva.

With yet another sell out against QPR tomorrow are there any noises coming from the club regarding redevelopment of molineux? I would have thought something would have been planned for the Steve Bull stand by now, and perhaps start work on re building at the end of the season.

Rosie lee

1.) 09 Feb 2018 08:02:21
Back up the mol frok plymouth tomorrow!
Cant wait for this one!

2.) 09 Feb 2018 09:28:47
Have a safe journey tomorrow plymouth wolf i'm sure we will put on another top performance
ENJOY😁.

3.) 09 Feb 2018 10:30:43
They must have a plan if we are selling out in championship then what will it be like in prem
I really don't think they will demolish Steve bull like the north bank and jeopardise the allocation
I was thinking the other day if we could ground share like other teams have done but I don't know who with.

4.) 09 Feb 2018 10:56:33
Its going to be an emotional one for us as my mum passed away christmas eve and she was a wolves supporter the moment she married my dad 30 years ago.
She used to come with me, my brothers and my dad to the mol everytime we made the long journey.
This will be the first visit without her.

Want a win for my old man.
Thanks guys.

5.) 09 Feb 2018 11:28:11
If they started as soon as the last Home game of the season ends how quickly could they begin to open a new stand up in stages?

6.) 09 Feb 2018 11:31:27
sorry to hear about your loss Plymouth wolf.
I hope wolves for you and your and family.
this team certainly distracts us when we feel upset.
up the wolves I hope you have a great day.

7.) 09 Feb 2018 11:40:11
Thanks gee.
Much appreciated.

Wolves 3-0 QPR.

8.) 09 Feb 2018 15:48:56
So sad to read about the loss of your Mom PW. It will be an emotional day for you but hopefully filled with more joy than sadness, when we get the 3 points!
Molineux is a great healer.
Keep The Faith!

9.) 09 Feb 2018 17:14:02
Deepest symphonys Plymouth.
I know how it feels as I lost my mom last xmas. One thing I do Plymouth is every now and again say a little prayer to mom or even talk to her as if she's still here, I know it sounds daft but it helps.
Remember she will always be with you.
GodBless🙏.

10.) 09 Feb 2018 17:33:55
All the best I hope they put a show on for you Plymouth.

11.) 09 Feb 2018 19:03:45
Stand would be out of use for the season Rosie Lee.
I was thinking about it the other day and it's a petty we couldn't of had this done as they finished the north bank but obviously our league position didn't warrant it. Would mean losing approx 8000 seats to redevelop a stand however this would need doing if we were prem.
there is the possibility of temp corners I'm told as is between the south bank and billy quiet but even then wouldn't add up a lot. I did hear a rumour wolves were looking at the possibility of moving altogether to somewhere near the m54 motorway but don't know how true that is.
They will no doubt have something in mind by now either way.
We could always allocate the away fans on Asda car park out of the way 👍😃.

Well, when the last window closed in August and we didn’t sign a striker we thought we desperately needed, the hope from myself and others was that we wouldn’t be too far away from top 6 come January and we can sign a decent forward then. Well it’s January tomorrow and we are top of the league by 10 points. Thank you nuno and the boys it’s been fantastic and thank you fosun for buying our great club.
Let’s turn out and support this great revolution. Out of darkness cometh light.

It looks like the project that was put on hold last year when Lopetegui took the Spanish job is now taking place. Onwards and upwards for our club now, can't wait for the season to start. Out of darkness cometh light.

Better than you can write it Rosie 😉😉.

2.) 28 May 2017 10:13:56
Think it's fair to say, he speaks better English than Lambert does.

22 May 2017 21:20:12
Karanka 9/ 2 favourite for the Sunderland job.
Don't know if he's based himself in the north east but it's got to be attractive to him. Could be another one we have missed out on or is it Lambert is staying after all?

Rosie lee

1.) 22 May 2017 23:49:03
Nigel Pearson, Kevin Phillips And Roy Keane are all shorter priced than Karanka.

2.) 23 May 2017 07:49:19
Only thought I have Tom Tit is I agree with you! ⚽️👍😉.

Have faith we will have a striker, we got top people working on it. I wasn't that overwhelmed by the prospect of that Dutch fella anyway.
We got a very good team that will be even better after today. I actually think we already got something sorted just not announced and that's why players are allowed to leave.

Club loyalty went 20 odd years ago. Even the great Manchester United and Barcelona lose players to other clubs when there's enough money waived in front of them.
I would say the likes of dicko, sacko wouldn't have heard of wolves before coming to England foreign kids only know the rich and big clubs. Wolves are trying to get there, lord knows we have put up with enough mediocrity we deserve a bit of good football and hopefully success.
I can't understand the mentality of wanting to keep these old players when they have spent years at the club and failing is, I don't feel like I know them personally I feel like they should refund some of their handsome salaries to season ticket holders like me for boring me rigid every week. I can't wait for match days now for the first time in years.

These 'passion' players have had enough chances and proved they are not good enough to get us up.
It's good news that we are getting money for the likes of dicko and Edwards it shows that the club will be run well financially.
The bar is been raised at wolves let's embrace it, thanks to the old players for the service now let's move on and get excited about the future.
Let's hope molineux can be full every week and cheer these new lads on, if we don't fill it now we never will. Out of darkness cometh light.

Somebody on here said afobe may be surplus at Bournemouth. I know he has not exactly set the premier league alight but he would still terrorise championship defenders with cav and Costa alongside him. Perhaps his value has dropped enough to get him back.

I am convinced that station encourage idiots with anti wolves ideals to call in. I’ve heard Alan talk his nonsense he’s just a villa version of that muppet Eddie the Bennie.
I probably won’t listen again until the league is wrapped up.

I’ve stopped listening to it, I can accept sniping and jealousy from fans of other clubs but when the presenters display such obvious bias against wolves it’s unacceptable.
I thought the bbc was supposed to be impartial, well Mark Regan is anything but, he ridicules wolves fans, mocks our ambition and dwells on every little negative thing to do with wolves, with franksy encouraging him. Strangely the only one I can see who says nice things about wolves is Richard Sneekes.

To be honest Eddie is always the same about any team in the Midlands if he thinks they’re better than Albion, he was obsessed with villa for years and now it’s us so we should take his jealousy as a compliment.
I think Rego is a disgrace on that phone in. He commentates wolves games so unlike Eddie has seen wolves enough and yet still constantly dwells on the negatives and mocks our ambitions. I had to switch it off Tuesday night when he basically said we had no right to moan about bad tackles on our players because Kevin muscat used to play for us.
He’s supposed to be a professional journalist and it would be nice to see him support local teams equally and with impartiality, I think franksy manages that, but Rego is just blatantly anti wolves.
