Stop panicing everyone. I know it seems like a lifetime. But the story only broke 2 weeks ago yesterday. That is nothing time wise in a multi million pound deal. We have no idea how long they had been in negotiation prior to then. So we just have to be patient. My thoughts on it are simple. If the deals falls through, the club will HAVE to make an announcement, there is no doubt about that. So let's just wait and see. i'm as excited as every Wolves fan out there. As I said yesterday. PATIENCE.

{Ed001's Note - when the Manchester City takeover took place, Robinho was bought as a good faith payment during the early stages of the takeover, about where Wolves are said to be now. That was in August. The takeover only actually completed just in time for the January transfer window. They take months. People just didn't notice the time it took because of that good faith payment and because there were no hitches or issues being highlighted by the media.}

Morning Ed.
What an excellent point that is. As I mentioned above, we just don't know how long the negotiations have been going on. It could well be months away. But you know us football supporters! We are an impatient bunch. The only thing that might point to it being closer is the total lack of transfer activity. Our squad is threadbare, and relegation would be more of an option than a Play Off push. There are rumours that players have agreed deals and are waiting to sign. Perhaps they have already signed? But your point above is very valid and interesting. Thank you.

{Ed001's Note - the reason I mentioned Robinho being a good faith payment was because it was the same there. They had no transfer activity because of the takeover. Sheikh Mansour paid for the Robinho deal outside of the takeover. He took a big risk, as that £30+m would have been thrown away if the deal had fallen through.}
