Simple question: why did Bournemouth sack O’Neil and why is this not a reason that suggests we should not have appointed him?
I’m a bit concerned we look like a drowning man reaching for the only available life vest.

look for Dazzling Dave's YouTube channel, a Bournemouth vlogger goes in depth on O'Neill and his tactics. And they don't sound promising. That said, some Bournemouth fans posting positive comments in the Vlog.

So now a Bournemouth fan is live in the flesh saying he’s crap it’s to be believed? ? I know people don’t like to look at the stats but they don’t lie. I actually watched a lot of bournemouth last year and he’s utter pants. No real playing style or consistency and after keeping them up the fans we’re actually excited to get rid of him… which unfortunately says it all - if Bournemouth are more ambitious than us then something really stinks. Somehow they’ve now got Scott and we’re lumped O’neil, make it make sense ay?

Um, I can't help but feel that not getting Scott was the needle that broke the camels back for Lope. I think he accepted we weren't signing many but had targeted him as someone he wanted to work with. If he felt that strongly then we shouldn't have wildly overpaid for Cunha as we could have got three players for the price we bought that guy for! Hey ho, it's all just spilt milk now no point crying about it ?
