Separately Ken68, Just watched a video of Jimenez in shooting drills,
not for Wolves but for Mexico in Qatar.
Good job we are secure in a Top 6 place and can afford for him not to play for us?!
How does Sellars get away time and time again with poor personnel decisions eg Coady, Jimenez, Silva and Semedo etc etc?

That's the $64,000 question Rugeley but I think that may be coming to an end. They're not bringing Fran Garagarza in for no reason, whatever title they give him.

He must be here to help Lopetegui with player acquisitions and formulate transfer planning. As for Jimenez, it wouldn't surprise me if they've previously told him his days are numbered so use the WC to showcase himself.

I can't help thinking that we are in a major rebuild throughout as Fosun have realised the failings, albeit late, and stepped back in to be more proactive again, irrespective of their other issues.

It's like, all of a sudden, the very things that have been needed for 3 years are all happening now.

I hope so LongmyndWolf.
3 years ago we had a terrific spring-board, then Santo wasn't supported in the market and morale dropped.
He went and Lage wasn't supported for the next transfer windows and panic spending by Fosun, producing an unbalanced squad and another manager leaving frustrated.
Maybe, just maybe, we will see some significant changes in the next few weeks.

Agree about Selllars, how on earth did he manage to step up from Youth football to such a prominent position. Be an idea before next home game to have ceremony on pitch to present him with his P45!

Something to look forward to lopetegui first game for us.
Our chances massively increased with coady not available for Everton I agree.

Agree who ever let jiminez play for Mexico and not us would be right thing going on posts of discontent to explain why.
Heard Messi written in his contract something similar with psg.

Agree Ray389 Sellers and Shi have made to many bad mistakes for me to talk about, which far outweigh the good things they have done for our club,wasting millions the main one, that's why we are level bottom of premier with Forest stats don't lie,new manager I hope as come in time to save us, but he as a big job on is hands

What happened to you play for your club before you go to a major competition? Absolutely ridiculous in my view. Off he goes comes back injured needing an operation, stuff Wolves fans! Out of order big time!
