Ruben Neves has signed a 2 year contract extension. Will be announced with the launch of the third kit over the next couple of weeks.

Good news about Neves. I am not the only one doubting Roma to sign Belotti. Rumour is Wolves made a new offer. Something strange about how that business is handled by Roma so far. Belotti was very loyal to Torino but how long will he wait for Roma to keep their promises to sign him.

They don't need to buy Belotti. He is a free agent but I understand what you mean ?. The Shomurodov story have been there for a while but they sold other players and Belotti is still not signed.

I think we are serious about Ramos but don't rule out Belotti on a free as well. if Roma don't sign him. Sadly, this would pretty much sideline Raul but if he's looking unlikely to 'make it back' they may have no choice. What an embarrassment of riches up front that would be.
Obviously now MGW has gone his money will buy Ramos and help to offset his salary a bit so the question would be Belotti's salary which would be a big one. Either way we've got just over a week to make things happen.

@WolfyPete. Erm. Isn't that kinda against the rules? Pretty sure that is tapping up. Pretty sure a club cannot speak to a player without the clubs permission and usually that is after a transfer figure has been agreed.

@BuxWolf Not commented before but you stand out. Not because of the Kiss PFP but more because you always seem so negative. Is Bux for Buckingham? Or the lovely little town of Buxton? Either way how could someone be so angry and gloomy living somewhere so idyllic. Sorry if it's somewhere different. I do not know England or the UK that well even after living here all my adult life ahaha. I still struggle. Like with how the duke of Devonshire isn't in Devon but is near Buxton. Derbyshire? Or is it Cheshire?

Anyways, at this moment in time we need anyone that can score. And someone tall would help in the air. Though against the "tall" spurs team, as ex Aston Villa and Notts Forest graduate Jenas kept saying on BT, we seemed to do alright. And the header that beat us wasn't exactly "top drawer" as you English say.

Got to try and stay positive and faithful. Our midfield really can dominate now. Spurs were completely owned in that first half. Had we scored 2-3 we would have destroyed them in terms of morale.

Think we need to move Traore and Boly on though. Boly seems mostly injured and has lost a yard of pace (and he wasn't that fast to begin with!) since coming back. Traore is just useless. Opposition fans now jeer and laugh at every missed pass or cross. which is pretty much them all! We need another CB, another midfielder. Sorry but Dendonker is okay. But I saw someone compare him to a swiss army knife. He does everything competently but isn't amazing at anything. And I agree. Is the term "Jack of all trades and master of none" . Like when he came on. You know he will try and not make many mistakes. But he also want make any key passes or score.

It should also be mentioned that if Raul does find his old self that we also have a youngster currently doing bits for Anderlect. I know what people will say but Boly and Ait Nouri hardly come from a prestigious league. Wasnt Saiss from Angers? A team perpetually fighting relegation in an easy league to stay in. Hard to win because of ASM and Paris. But easy to stay in. Thanks to the TV rights fiasco. But enough of that.

Sorry for the essay and bad English. As my name states. I am not English. And only lived here 13 years (nearly half my life haha!) but have always loved Wolves. And now proud that Rayan is in the first team.

Plus how could anyone not love Bakary Sako? And before people say it, he is French. Has a french accent, was born in france. Just because a player chooses a different nation doesn't mean he is actually that! Big Carl Ikeme is English, not Nigerian. He just was capped for them!

Welcome to the site FrenchWolf and contrary to your comment your written English is excellent. I think it's time for the more negative posters get behind the team more now especially given the way this transfer window is shaping up, but as the man said 'patience' is needed. If it results in the acquisition of players with the quality of Ramos or Belotti to add to Guedes and Nunes then it's well worth the wait, so let's all get behind the team and enjoy the ride.
