Lee Evans been given permission to join Sheff Utd, 750,000 fee agreed, he's on his way for a medical.

Seems cheap to me. He has shown he can play in the championship. But the figure I’d be thinking may put suitors off- 1m-1.5m. But he has probably reached the highest standard he can or maybe a squad player in top championship to low end of the prem team. Reminds be of David Jones.
