Jon dadi bodvarsson very close to agreeing loan deal with ipswich. This tells me were after a target man type of striker to replace him. Big, strong and physical. (Aboubakor maybe the replacement? )
I can't see why when we loan players to rival clubs from the same division we don't stipulate in the deal that they can't play against us. Too many times we've been burned in the past. They raise their games and want to prove a point. Shouldnt let it be against us . Let them help teams gain points off our rivals which is all well and good.

Must say I was a fan of bodvarsson but it shows the standard has been raised . Gutted he didn't make more if a impact but agree should not be loaned to a team in the same div.

This early in the window I can't see the point of loaning this kind of player out unless you can't sell him.
