Hello everyone pat Murphy as tweeted the following, lambert does wanna do some business if he can but would ideal rather use summer because of amount of players got to get rid off.

" Those @OfficialWolves expecting another busy window may be disappointed. Lambert needs to ship out around 6 players to get his squad, down to about 22/ 23. He inherited the August trolley dash. Still wants a couple in but more exercised by the summer trading. Lambert very excited by the youngsters coming thro' - Ronan, Herc and Johnson (all 18) and Gibbs-White (soon 17). Wants to give them experience.

Same old same old. what PL doesn't realize is that if we don't buy some quality now we might be playing div 1 football next season. we've tried the kids way and it didn't work.

Yes I'm sure PL doesn't realise that. only been a manager 15 years.
He obviously knows we need experience and better FIRST TEAM players. But you can't just keep buying. need to get rid of a few first.
Keep the faith.

I always keep the faith! It's the expectancy levels that are droppin like a stone from when Fosun took over.

PT, I'll grant you that, it isn't looking very good,3 quality signings is probably all that would be needed to turn the season round and I don't think it's going to happen.

It was all a bit silly in the Summer. Shi, due to lack of knowledge, being guided by the wrong people.
I sense Lambert is now seen as the "Football Man" and who will dictate the First Team Strategy. If we can't sign significantly better players, there is no point until the Summer.
As long as we can avoid relegation.
Hopefully, he will blood more youngsters to decide on their value for next season.
Then decide who to clear out and who to bring in. Annoyingly, we have
wasted a season, due to poor decision-making.
