What I don't get is Talisca representative is Mendes so why would he be pushing for more money from Fosun? I think is all guess work until we hear something from the club.

Talisca is on the books of Liroma Agenciamento Esportivo not Gestifute, which is Mendes Agency. So unless the 2 are linked Mendes is not his agent.
